NOT "FLANNEL" - Comfy, attractive pajamas, but you won't be any warmer in them
I looked up "flannel" which is a rather loose definition for pretty much any cotton (or cotton blend) weave. Fine. Maybe they are "flannel"; but they're not "flannel" in the sense that they feel like every cotton pajama you've ever had, and not at all like any flannel that you've had, that is a little thicker, a little warmer and litter better in the winter when it's just cold to get into or out of bad. This is not to say, they aren't functional -- they are attractive, and have the familiar (or, to me, here, deceptive) flannel plaid and a cute little matching band on the pocket of the long sleeve (but also not flannel) shirt. I like wearing them and I rarely coordinate anything I wear (so many mismatched socks, let's just move on). I'm glad I have them and I suppose I'm glad I can wear them year round. They fit well and are comfy right out of the bag and don't shrink appreciably in the wash. But when it's really cold, I want flannel that is defined by the common sense of what flannel means traditionally. These are non-traditional flannel.

Lightweight and comfy
My 16yo son tried this pajama set on and immediately declared it soft and comfortable. He's tall and thin, and the large size was big around the waist, but he was able to easily cinch it with the drawstring. He appreciated the softness and that the set isn't too thick (the men in our family sleep hot). It didn't hurt that red/black are his school colors, and he said he'd actually consider wearing it to "pajama day" at school. He's a pretty modest kid and usually avoids all dress up days like the plague, so that is high praise indeed. If you're expecting thick, cotton flannel, this set is not for you, but if you are looking for light, soft loungewear/pajamas, this set looks and feels great. If it washes well, I know he'll get a lot of use out of these!

Comfortable and lightweight
I prefer lightweight and breathable material when I sleep, even in the dead of winter, so this sleepwear set is right up my alley. The colors are nice and complement each other well. I ordered the size M -- and I do feel that perhaps it is a bit larger than I expected, but being that it's sleepwear, I really didn't mind. I am a shorter male at 5'6", so I do have to roll up the pants bottoms or I'd be sliding around and eventually wear out the pants cuffs. The waist drawstring is nice and long, which I also like.On a quality factor, I would probably equate this to a sleepwear set that you would possibly find at Target, if that helps much. Economical, but comfortable, and good, decent quality.

Husband Likes these Pj's
I got these for my husband to replace some of the raggedy looking stuff he wears around the house. This 2 piece pajama set is very nice looking. The shirt has a small pocket that is trimmed in the same material as the pants. The pants have 2 useable pockets and a drawstring waist. This fits true to size. We live in Florida, so the fact that this is more of a "flannel look", than actually flannel is really a good thing. We don't need the flannel to keep warm here. But the look of it is nice. These are attractive enough that if he'd run into the neighbors out walking the dog in the early morning it would not be embarrassing. My picky husband says they're very comfortable and he's very happy with this pajama set. The price is excellent as well.

Relaxed and light weighted, but runs big
This men's pajama set is a solid choice for those seeking comfort and a relaxed style. The material is a mix of polyester, spandex, and cotton, providing a lightweight and sweat-wicking feel. The design is simple, with a clean round collar and plaid chest pockets adding a touch of flair. One thing to note is that it tends to run big, so you might want to consider sizing down for a better fit. Overall, it's a comfy option for those who appreciate a loose-fitting and breathable sleepwear/loungewear combo.
