Item did not switch on
Bought this as it was super stylish and I wanted to add some ambience in my room. However, when the item arrived and I plugged it in, it did not work at all! I tried multiple times with no luck. It’s a lovely design, but unfortunately it arrived faulty / defective.

Not working after first week
Sadly the light began to flicker and the vapour stopped rising. No bubbling inside. I'm disappointed. I used to own the Pyramide and liked it but for the discernable noise if the motor. This little gadget is quiet. I expected quality from zen. Maybe it is a fluke.
