This is a well made and well packaged retractable leash. This is the second one I have bought because I like it so much. I have had compliments on how nice it is. What I like most, is the locking mechanism for the leash. It's so easy to use and well made. I have had other retractable leashes and end up having problems with the locking mechanism part.I feel this is a very good value for everything you get. None of it feels cheaply made. It seems as though care and attention to detail went into this product. I say this because their packaging is so well done and cute. This is why I included the pictures. I believe this company truly cares about their product and what they put into it. I love supporting companies like this.No need to look at any other retractable leashes this is the one to have and that you will be happy with.

This is the forth product of its type I have purchased. The others did not work, the release, break and retraction jamed, or broke quickly, even ones far more expensive. This one works great, strong, durable and works reliably. Don't hesitate to purchase.

I bought this for a 65 lb dog. It worked well, but never smoothly, like other retractable leashes. Locking it felt kind of clumsy. It finally split down the middle and i bought a quality retractable leash, i paid more but it works flawlessly. this was a waste of money.

My item is broken it did not come with the mentioned accessories will be returning very dissatisfied with purchase. Returning is a hassle...beware

This leash serves its purpose and the baggie holder was a plus. Bella is a 8lb female and she easily gets fatigued to due the retractable mechanism. She has to put all her weight in order to walk a few yards. I would recommend this leash for pets 10lb-20lb.

Longer than expected. My dog loves her new leash as she has more freedom to walk ahead. Came with a free gift...a holder and baggies for when walking. I hooked on the handle and still have room to hold. Definitely convenient as I no longer have to wait to get to the park for her to poop.

Handle is larger than I expected. It works well it’s just heavier than our previous one. The pop bag holder is orange. The picture shows black. Since the handle is pink with black writing, it makes sense to have a black holder. Not sure why they sent orange.

A little heavier than expected but almost more comfortable bc of it, and how well it fits in your hand. My dog is 43lbs and this leash is clearly made well enough to support dogs more than twice her size. I can tell the lock mechanism is well made and the leash part and clip both seem sturdier than past leashes. I relied on ratings and reviews and hope this helps someone! Great product!
