I have always had a damper pedal, but my last one gave up the ghost. This one is connected to my Yamaha. It works fine, albeit the polarity switch is guess work as it is not labelled.It has a cheap feel to it, but at the moment it works, so I cannot complain.....time will tell. When I make the big time, I don't think I will take it to Wembley!The cable is plenty long enough to reach from the average height keyboard to the floor.Fitted with a standard 6.5mm jack plug

CAIHONG Sustain Pedal for KeyboardThis is quite a cheap sustain pedal, I got it for use with an Akai MPK keyboard and it works very well. There is the usual polarity switch included but it isn’t labelled, it’s looks like an on/off switch and trial and error will be required to determine the correct setting for your particular keyboard. The action is reasonably smooth, you can hear the sustain swich engage with a bit of a click, but you might not hear it over louder music and there’s not much tactile feedback.This is a good budget pedal, its good for casual use but probably not something that would last long in a gigging environment. For my home use this is perfect and good value – recommended.
