First, let me mention - I would have given this product FIVE stars, however 9 trays were damaged in the box. While the trays were usable, the corners were cracked or damaged - like something hit them.These trays were sturdier then the previous one I had been using. They were slightly longer and wider. When an individual tray is picked up, they definitely were more ridged than the ones I was using. The tray bottom design probably attributes to this.As far as durability, I can not report on this. However, they are "thicker" then the trays I been using.So far, they are a pleasure to use.

These are made of super thin, flexible plastic that buckles and tears when you fill the tray with 4-inch pots of soil & plants. They hold up okay when you're only using them to support 1020 cell trays and only for a season or two. I purchased them for a home-based, pandemic food security project that involved growing lots of vegetable seedlings to help create lots of neighborhood and backyard vegetable gardens. I needed an affordable solution, and this seemed to be it. However, because the trays are so weak, once I potted up to 4-inch pots, I had to use two at a time, thereby obviating the apparent cost-savings and causing me to unexpectedly run out of trays at exactly the moment I needed them most (the potting up process). So these were an exercise in frustration and a rather expensive lesson. That said, if you need some trays fast, and you will only be using them to support 1020 trays, and you don't mind that they won't last, these will do in a pinch.

Will do the job for the price.

Every single tray is damaged. Both ends of every single tray is damaged and wrinkles or crushed. Super poor quality. I will never buy these again. Returning them today.
