Fantastic Little Tool
I was building a deck and decided to get this little guy to help drive around 750 nails I had to drive. Could not be happier with my purchase. Hooked it up to the air tank and it immediately went to nailing. I went hard at it for one afternoon and the next morning and it never missed a beat. I stopped a couple of times to put oil in it but for normal use I think a couple drops at the start should be good. One minor thing to be aware of. There is a little magnet in the outer rim that is super helpful. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a lot of adhesive on the back so it fell out at some point. I was fortunate to be able to find it on the black paper I had down, but it would have been impossible in the grass. I put some glue on it and popped it back in the hole. It was just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great tool. I’d recommend it to anyone with some nailing to do.

Amazing buy for the money!
This is a must have for anyone building something that requires a lot of nails in small spaces. Over even just a few nails in tight places. It really shines when you have to nail brackets up (like for building a deck). Pros: -Easy to use -WORKS! Slams joist hanger nails in with ease -Not too demanding on your air compressor (5-6 gallons keeps up) Cons: -Loud, but so are hammers, just is just more instances of loud noises.

Works. Let the tool do its job. Unknown PSI.
I like the price. The build quality seems higher than I’d expect for the price. It is a bit smaller than I expected as well. I took it out of the box and didn’t read any instructions as there were none. I added a bit of oil as usual and plugged it into the air line. It worked pretty well but does have some issues with power. I did not know what PSI to use. 50 was too low. 75 was ok. I didn’t want to go too much higher but 85 seemed to work well. Without knowing the max I didn’t want to have something explode while holding it. I used it to frame up a base for a greenhouse I am building, which is basically a floating deck. I used it to hammer in about 220 three inch nails today and it worked very well. One trick is not to push too much. The hammer action works best when it has a long stroke, so pushing the nail hard will make a rapid fire sound, and barely push the nail into the wood. I found it best to push against the nail until it started, and then push a little further and the stroke was a slower pulse but more effective. It was not overly loud but I still wore hearing protection. All in all a good value for a tool I plan on using rarely.

How have I lived this long without this?!?!?
If you've never experienced a palm nailer, you're in for a treat! Be ready for spontaneous giggling the first time you use it. It's loud as hell, but you've got it hooked up to an air compressor so you should have already been expecting noise. It has a magnet in the nozzle to hold your nail and is activated by placing pressure on the other end of the nail. i.e. load it, put it on what needs a nail and it will jackhammer that nail in. This model worked great for me driving HD galvanized nails in treated lumber for my deck. It was perfect for getting into tight quarters where I couldn't swing a hammer. I even used it to back and drive other nails in joist hangers just for grins. My dad is getting one of these for christmas!

do not buy this product, uses cheap metal that snapped on me on the 2nd day of normal use.
Day 1, nailer worked as described, helped me make progress. Day 2 - I was off to a good start, then as I was driving a nail, I heard a weird noise and felt a pop. Looked at the palm nailer and saw this big crack in the metal. To continue working, I headed to a big box store and bought a metabo palm nailer. Not only did the metabo feel better in my palm, it drove nails faster, and had a swivel connection so I could work faster. It was only $13 more, but well worth it plus came with a 5 year warranty.

Works Great!
I bought this to use with my new 24 gallon air compressor. I also bought a 50 foot 3/8" air hose that I used with this. I found a can of various sized rusted nails in the garage, consisting of framing, finish, and other types of nails. I set the regulator on the air compressor to 90 psi. I put a few drops of air tool oil in it. Evey nail I tried worked great! It was very easy to use. It was actually fun! The head of the tool is magnetized. You just stick the nail in and push down. It zips right into the wood. I tried various size boards with the various types and lengths of nails and they all worked great. I did not have any issues. So far, I recommend buying it.

Good & comfortable, underpowered
Good unit, however it’s not sufficient to drive 16 penny - nylon coated nails.
