This camera is great and so is the support team. I bought this camera to watch my horses that are boarded 15 minuets away from me. They have access to this pasture as well as another farther back, I can see them where ever they’re at, even through a fence. It has a great zoom, clear night vision, clear audio. My only request might be a “camera under attack” feature as well. My 1,000lb puppy dogs/ toddlers decided their all you can eat hay buffet wasn’t cutting it anymore, and turned to attacking the camera. They successfully ripped both antennas off and dismounted the camera numerous times. Needless to say, it stopped working. I messaged the company asking if I could get my money back for the 6 month subscription I had paid for, they agreed. Than I asked if I bought a new camera if they would switch the subscription from the original camera to the new one, they also agreed to that. So I choose to give it another shot with another camera, and put it in a more protected location. Maybe if I don’t talk to them and give the location away this one can last longer than a week! Edited to add: The camera in the new location has been left alone! It has done GREAT here in Michigan with the polar freeze we just experienced/ are still going through. Temps reached the -20s and this camera hasn’t missed a beat. Still has battery life, still charges, still connects. This camera isn’t under any kind of protection, just out in the elements sitting on a post behind a strand of Hotwire. The only “issue” I’ve had is when we got freezing rain and the camera wouldn’t turn cause it was frozen in place. I just walked out there broke it free and it was perfectly fine again. Still a 10/10 purchase.

Easy to install, great quality picture. We have this on a tree in the snow, and it is extremely durable. Notifications can be set to however often you would like. The battery and solar panel are working great

Wow! What a great cellular camera! We needed to provide a set of eyes in a property we have in the mountains with shoddy coverage and no electric and this little gem has done the job and done it well! It’s as good as our ADT camera and such a great price!! The monthly service and cloud storage is top notch, too. Cost is cheap for those, too. (Cellular service and cloud is monthly/annually billed) you can also move the camera & zoom in, speak to the intruder & it alerts you, too.

Easy to install, good quality day and night. System does a great job of managing its power so the battery doesn't die. I have had no issues unless steaming it a lot with panning/tilting and I mean excessively. I woukd buy it again. Note that you will want to ensure to update the firmware. Also plans are reasonable at around $136 paid yearly or close to $18 a month paid monthly

I have 2 of these cameras, 1 is about 2 years old. They work great, definitely recommend!

Very good camera, high quality video and reliable cell service

I was very skeptical about this camera but ended up extremely happy with it. Set up was very easy and it gave me peace of mind to be able to keep an eye on my dog while we were camping and off roading. The picture quality was a bit distorted at times but still visible. Sound was great. The size of the solar panel is great and kept it charged for days even after use. Connectivity was very easy.

Item listing makes no mention of being locked to the SIM it is provided with, but the device is. Well, not really the device. The device actually activates with my local SIM here in Singapore, but then when you try to open the live feed, then the app says you can't change SIMs. The support link on the Amazon listing page doesn't work, and when I contact the manufacturer, they want an extra 20 USD for an "upgrade" and send me a screen shot that doesn't appear anywhere in the listing claiming I should have known, and writing (apparently without irony) that it also says so in the manual. It would be laughable if it were not so outrageous and criminal.
