Poly 4320
My job purchased these for everyone, and when I left that agency, I had already purchased a pair of my own. They have a range, the battery lasts long, and I use them with my iPhone as well as at work on Microsoft Teams, and they work well. No one can hear my background, which is perfect for my surroundings at times. Yes, I would recommend, they are a little pricey, BUT SO WORTH IT!

Great sound, no connection issues
Sound is great, no connection issue, option for usb-c or USB. It’s a little tight on my ears sometimes - I wear it all day every day but I also have a fat head so that’s prob on me. Replaced my old plantronics with this with trepidation but I’m very happy with the purchase. Little pricey but, as long as it lasts, worth it!

Serious mic sound issues
Had this for over a year now and it’s an expensive paper weight. The mic placement sucks and most people say it sounds like I’m talking from across the room when the mic is positioned as close to my mouth. There’s no extension and when I take off the head set to talk in the mic 1” from my mouth magically people say they hear me with great clarity.I even trouble shot this with their techs and it’s pretty worthless. Device is fully updated with the latest software.

Good, not great wireless headset
I bought the previous Plantronics version for my home office setup. That one is 5 stars. When I started going back to the office and got a new laptop without a headphone jack, I bought this one for my office setup to replace my wired headset. The Bluetooth works great with my laptop and phone I also ended up with one USB port on my laptop, so using the dongle want super convenient, but that works well too.The sound is clear and background noise doesn't come through for folks I'm talking to.The cradle is great. Battery life is fantastic! I like that the headset answers calls when I turn it on.The only reason I docked it a star is that if I'm on calls more than a few hours a day, my ears ache. I do not have that problem with the previous Plantronics version, which is very comfy. I will likely swap my home and work headsets as I now spend more time at the office. If you can find a refurbished Plantronics version, buy that instead.

Very Satisfied no joke.
So left phone on my desk at work. Will not pass cement and steal door out back had door open a crack and had to put function side against that crack. Front has windows and I am third cubicle in. Walked across parking lot and probably 100 yds or feet lost connection to computer and 20-40 more yds or feet lost phone. Impressed. Bought fuzzy for mic as it is sensitive. And I am going to 3D print something because without a hat it slides off.

Incompatible with Microsoft Teams
The device advertises itself as specifically compatible with Microsoft Teams. Nothing could be further from the truth. Even after updating the firmware, it consistently cannot find the headset microphone. The boom is too long and constantly gets in the way of a coffee mug and picks up breathing through the nose. What a colossal waste of good will from previous generations of these devices. I'm back to using my Plantronics PLT Focus. It is lightweight, unobtrusive and Just Works.

Not the best...
I have two Poly headsets already; this was a third buy. The first set died after about a year. I replaced with the same model, but newer version. This set is a different version and advertised the same features, but is far inferior. Sound quality is so-so, but I use these for a call center and it sounds like I'm in a can. No bueno. I also DO NOT like that there is no ANC button on this, as my previous pair has, as when I speak it's amplified in my ears. My previous paid eliminates that and acts like an actual phone, so it's more natural sounding. This is being returned - you missed the mark on this set. That makes two headsets of three that do not work as expected. My next order is a different brand altogether - I'm done with HP/Poly products.
