What are the measures? Thanks

It measures 5 inches tall and 5 inches wide. .

Does this come in box

Yes mine did come in a box & was a present for my son & it was easy to wrap & was a great gift & he loves it. It has sounds aswell as lightning up & making sound when pressed to turn on & off.

Does the sound play constantly, or only when you turn the light on?

The spund is only for a short period when you press the top of the mushroom. It is not a constant sound.

What size screwdriver is needed to open the battery compartment?

The smallest one you have as it's a tiny screw
