Got tight neck and shoulders? Don't have someone on hand to dig their elbows into those knots or gently but consistently massage you? This thing can help. It's not going to replace human touch but it's pretty good. It's like it has strong thumbs and you can control the pressure and where it squeezes you. I really felt like it helped work out some of my neck and shoulder knots. Has built in 20 minute timing system so you don't over do it. Over massaging can also be rough on the body! And remember to drink plenty of water afterwards too. It's also neat with the hands free function. I will say it's a little cumbersome in terms of where do you store this type of thing in the home? Like should it just be made into a center piece on the coffee table so you remember to use it?Oh yeah, basically I tried it once and then I had to buy one for each family within my extended family lolol.

Among hundreds of massagers on Amazon it was a shot in a dark, but boy did I made a good shot. My mom uses it twice a day, 10-15 min each time. It simulates human massage very well and the heating parts are a great addition. Charging takes couple of house and even though the instructions say the batter will last approximately 20 min, this things goes well beyone that…so far about 40 min of constant massage and heating. There may be more options that drain battery faster but we didn’t find them yet. Fits both my mom’s and my neck perfectly, even though I do have a thicker neck than her. Overall excellent product for the price and great healing and relaxing tool!

This was easy to use right out of the box. Comes with a USB charger.I love that it's wireless, it frees up my hands and also allows me to walk around comfortably and freely as advertised. It has 2 massage modes, 2 different speeds and the soothing heat.I could feel my neck and shoulder relaxing after the first use. It is a great size and the price is reasonable for what you get.It also has a zipper cover for easy removal for cleaning. I haven't tried that yet, but it looks to be very simple. I would buy this again! Definitely going to be buying this as a Christmas gift!

The media could not be loaded.  I have really bad posture which leads to me having a lot of neck pain. I previously had another neck massager that I wasn't a fan of. This one really gets into your muscles and works well! I love that it's foldable and really compact.
