Acorn International SW-MW25G250 Screw, 9 x 2.5, Galvanized

I used these to attach corrugated plastic over a pergola. These 1.5 inch pieces were perfect and a good "in-between" option for the usual 1 or 2 inch wood screws that are commonly available.

These screws work well and don't allow any leaks yet. However, they had a slight orange tinge to them upon arrival, almost as if they sat on a warehouse shelf for a long time and started to rust through the paint a little. Also, the paint chips off if you crank too hard on them (I had to swap a couple out after trying too hard to get them through some double layered areas of roofing). I dinged them one star for this issue. That being said, they don't seem to look any worse for wear now that they have been installed for a couple months. I will continue to monitor and update if needed.

I was given a metal barn that was damaged in a storm, all I had to do was disassemble and move it. I made an 18' x 21' carport for my pontoon boat and a 12' x 14' tiny house out of the undamaged tin and square tubing. I saved a lot of the original screws but I needed more so I ordered these. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and how sharp the drill tips are. I just ordered another bag, they are handy to have around.

Finishing up corrugated metal roof and ran short on 3". Shopped Amazon and found these screws,excellent value. Screws have a .25" head versus 5/16" but the fit and finish on the .25" head is superior to 5/16" ,grabs much better and free shipping!

These screws drill better than most that I have used. They don't break like some do either. Quite impressed.

Works and looks great. Painted heads and washer look great against my black aluminum soffit and they didn't allow any condensation or rain water running along the inside of my ventless soffit under my upper outdoor deck. Nice finishing touch that also successfully does what it's designed to do.

I used it to install a bug screen in the eaves. The screen is aluminum with 1/8" holes. The screws are easy to use and I'll have to wait a few years to see how well they hold and whether or not they rust.Metal and plastic washer are already on the screws just like the picture which saves a lot of time.

Bought these to put some metal flashings on my house and couldn't find the right color/size locally. These were perfect and not too expensive since I didn't need that many.

Not bright white. Can you spot my 3 from a different company sitting on top of the bag that are bright white?

We used these to fasten PVC roofing sheets to the underside of a deck to serve as waterproofing. They work great.
