Love it works great, very easy to use.

Works great, no setup required for us
Worked great from the get go. Never had to pair it with the device and it even works to turn our TV on and off without doing anything to set it up. I also like that it’s a little thicker than the original Apple TV remote. Maybe it won’t get lost in the couch quite so often!

Pretty cool, very easy to program
Well, I didn’t even have to almost try and program it, it was done. I realized it when I was toggling through the “add remote app” with the new remote! 🤣 the only draw back is it’s kinda small, and the round forward back up down toggle button is stiff and kinda small. I feel like I have to press really hard -so far the voice control doesn’t work yet, or haven’t tried it enough

Very expressed.
Was not excepting to take this remote straight out of the box, placing batteries in and it working directly on the TV without any programming. The easily form of point, click and play. Works, functions and looks like my previous one.

This is truly plug 'n play. No programming of anything. Love it! It's an exact replica of the one I lost.

Works, but not well
Set up was a breeze. Put the batteries in and it worked with my Sony Bravia OLED tv no problem. Issue is that the buttons do not work well. They are hard to push and click with each touch, so oddly loud. I would return, but I threw out the packaging as soon as I knew it worked. Looks just like the fire stick remote, but does not operate smoothly like the fire stick remote. Not recommended.
