For what it is, it's okay. It's nothing like the HP laptop that I had previously and died. This one with Windows 11 built in is insisting that I use it's OneDrive to store my pictures on it's cloud server is really annoying, especially since after the one year free use and unlimited storage is going to cost me $$$ that I really rather spend on eating and keeping a roof over my head. It's as if these A-Holes have a license to extort money from you. Force you to use a service that you do not have a choice in using or not, then bill you later for it.Reached out to HP tech support about internet connectivity issues. (I've ruled out router, internet service connection on other devices, and it has come down to a possible issue with the hardwired network adapter. But the so-called Tech reading from a scripted diagnosis sheet just said it was a software issue and that I had to contact Windows for support. Well, I already know what they are going to tell me... Given that I've already eliminated that as the problem... *Sigh* I hate it when I know more than the so-called "Tech Support" people. Call center wonders following a script then call these people "Tech Support". What a joke.

Bought this after my last laptop died on me. Love this one! Large screen, nice keyboard (with numbers). It was purchased to take to the cottage, and I'm happy with it. Would buy again.

The moment I saw this laptop, I knew this was what I had been looking for. I love red. It was an extra bonus to know I could have a laptop, with great review and great quality. I was all in. I am not experienced with using a laptop, so I am learning as I go. I always wanted my own, so God made provision for me to get one as a gift from my sister. I am delighted. I work in an office setting and deal with computers all day, but having a personal device at home, is different. Luckily, my sister guided me all the way with the set up. After the set up, I was good to go. I am thankful to receive this gift and even more excited that it is of great quality, and it has giving me great service. I would highly recommend this laptop. When it arrived, I was all smiles. Looking forward in receiving great usage from this one device.

You definitely get what you pay for with this laptop, but be sure to double check your purchase settings before ordering. I ordered the 256GB model with Windows 11, intended for use as a simple work/schoolwork laptop.Here are my notes:- Setup was fairly intensive for a windows device, many apps had issues and I had to restart about 11 times to get all of the prerequisite updates installed after the initial setup.- Keyboard and Touchpad have had no issues- Battery life is as listed- Isn't a special Valentines version of the laptop, simply has a red cover- Instead of having a 256GB SSD it came with a 128GB SSD with a 128GB flash drive in the box- Came installed with Windows 11 S, requiring additional setup to deactivate if you want to install any non-microsoft store apps. Customer service was unhelpful with this.- Camera quality is poor, however is fine for video calls- Speakers aren't high quality, but not bad for the price- Comes preinstalled with apps that took up over half of the 128GB storage, many were unnecessary, but weren't hard to uninstall- Comes with 2 USB ports (1 per side), 1 HDMI port, 1 USB C port, and the charging port

For some reason you can only see the truth about this product after navigating to the sellers page vs the reviews posted here on the front page which are the ones I pay attention to….I called HP for help setting up device bc I already have acct w HP for my printer.I only learned after being on an almost 2 hour call that these laptops are “modified” by the seller wha h voids manufacture warranty.I didn’t purchase Asurion warranty bc I planned to register my device w my HP account and use the factory warranty.Now I can’t buy the Asurion warranty.Now I have no choice but to return it bc HP told me the device was not deigned for 16 RAM, its designed for 4 and the device is going to run into trouble and guess what-it has no warranty!!!!Total false advertising. These are modified devices. There was no way for me to know this based on how this product page is set up. Also I only found out bc I happened to call HP after having trouble downloading apps and the tech pointed it out.I am glad I found out now rather than months down the road once the device doesn’t work at all…

This laptop is a great low-price machine for general use. I haven’t done anything extremely resource heavy with it, but it runs some decently heavy duty stuff with ease. The only thing I don’t like about it is the small hard drive, but that really isn’t a product issue - it’s just the product. For general use it’s great, but I would recommend going bigger if you need to have a lot of larger applications.

Hp have a great name very good laptop take me a while to get use to a laptop. I've been so use to working off my phone. But it's a great laptop would buy it again
