Very pleased with this paper shredder. Robust with good size bin and easy to empty bit does not overhead like my old one and it copes with several sheets of paper at once. Not had it long, so I do not know anything about its longevity. Highly recommended.

This shredder is easy to use. The fact that it is on castors makes it easy to move to different locations. The shredding bin seems to fill very quickly but that could be owing to the fact that I have stored so much paper ready to shred!! It is a little noisy but no more than previous smaller shredders I have had. It has a safety cutout when the bin sensor recognises it is full which is a little frustrating but easily resolved because the shredded paper can be pushed down slightly to allow for a bit more shredding.

As soon as it arrived, I got shredding, for I have about thirty years’ worth of records to reduce, and my domestic shredder (2 mins on, 4 mins off) was taking far too long. However, the blurb says it’s a cross cut shredder. No. My domestic one is, so I could make the comparison easily. This one shreds into little pieces, 4 mm across and 4 cm down. That’s why I have given it four stars not five. Hence it is not quite as secure, though how anyone would want to spend their life on a jigsaw of thousands of such little pieces beats me. So unless I have been sent the wrong one, it does not cross cut. I am sending the seller feedback about this. Otherwise excellent. The light system is easy to understand, and the removable front bin turns easily upside down inside a 50 litre black bag’s circumference. So, apart from the above niggle, it’s excellent.

Good quality, performs as advertised , very pleased on first use so far.

Excellent shredder

In a never ending quest to find shredder than deal with the amount of unnecessary post we receive, we have bought this shredder. Apparently it doesn’t need switching off every few minutes to cool down. It can tackle 15 sheets and credit cards. I completed my large pile of shredding that I had to put aside when the last shredder died. I’ve shredded credit cards as well. Then the best bit - it told me to empty the shredding container when full. So far so good. Let’s hope it lasts longer than the last three shredders.

This machine was more expensive than the others but I needed to be able to shred a few sheets at a time and for a few minutes at a time.It crosscuts the documents quickly and easily do, when operating it's noisy but only while shredding, it auto starts when doing a lot of documents and for me it's perfect!

Arrived dead out of the box, not switching on tested the fuse all was fine just a duff unit. Contacted customer support, no response 🤷‍♂️
