These are such an easy and inexpensive solution to fix pumps that are just a little too big. First off, these stick really well. I’m always hesitant with adhesive products, because the stickiness never seems to last. They’re also nicely padded for comfort. I decided to try them because I had a pair of pumps that I love but was in between sizes. I went with the larger size, but the first time I wore them, they kept slipping off the back of my heel, making it hard to walk. These fixed the issue completely, and I can now safely and comfortably wear those super cute shoes!

I have narrow heels and have always had a hard time with slip on shoes. These pads have worked well with a pair of loafers. I haven't experienced any chafing or slippage and they blend in with the shoe, so the lighter color worked with my white loafers. I think they're a little thick, so if your shoes are already tight, it might be too much, but they fit my shoes perfectly. I've been wearing these shoes weekly for several months and haven't had to change out the pads yet.

Guy here. I've got a pair of leather boots that are a touch too big and a heel spur rubs against the boot causing blisters and a callus. This product helped my foot find a more snug fit in the boot and more comfort.The product is high quality and has high stickiness but the placement can be pretty tricky and took me a couple tries to get it right. At first the patch would come off and I'd find a bit of sticky goop on my sock. Once I got better applying the patch this didn't happen and my heel didn't hurt . Sometimes my foot would get stuck on the patch as I was inserting my foot but I've started using a shoehorn and this solves the problem. I'm putting on heavy leather boots so I do need to put a good amount of force into the boot so keep this in mind if you're using a pair of shoes that are easier to put on. These boots cost me $200 so I'm willing to be patient with my process. The different colors don't matter to me either so it's like getting a couple free tries before I buy a new set of the sticky patches.

These turned a pair of shoes that were slightly loose and prone to give me heel blisters into the most comfortable, perfect fitting shoes I own. They seem very durable as they've survived dozens of miles in one pair of shoes so far and haven't budged. Installing is easy as can be, just try out the placement before removing the adhesive cover because they are very difficult to take off and replace (which is good!).

Had to cut, too large. Not good for ankle strap shoes. Cushy though.

So far doing the job. I had a pair of shoes I loved but would slip off when I walked because 1/2 size too big. I tried on at home and my shoes did not slip off but only walked around the house for 2 minutes. Will see how they do when I wear my shoes out.

I recently tried these heel grips to help with slipping and blisters in a few pairs of shoes, and overall, they delivered on comfort and fit. The adhesive backing was strong enough to keep them in place, even after multiple wears. The cushioning made a noticeable difference, especially in heels that were slightly too big or stiff at the back.

These backings have a strong adhesive so they don't curl up while you're walking. The padding is thick and soft. Also, just a quick thought don't use them on heels or boots that have a heel/back zipper. Unless, the zipper is for looks and sewed in place and not to be zipper up or down. So far they pads have lasted a few months.
