Excellent Value!
Let me just start off by saying I was not expecting much. All aluminum, hot swappable and wireless at this price had to be too good to be true. I had purchased switches, stabilizers and keycaps expecting to need to upgrade to be satisfied but woah does this thing feel great right out of the box. It's got a nice weight to it, nice rgb lighting, the keycaps have a satisfying rubberized like finish. The switches are smooth and have a nice "thock" sound to them. Even the stabilizers are decent, the spacebar being particularly impressive.Sounds good. Feels good. Good price. I definitely recommend.

The best keyboard I've ever owned!
The media could not be loaded. Background About Me (You can skip this part if you're just here for the review):- I've only owned this keyboard two days.- The Womier SK71 is my first venture outside mainstream mechanical keyboards (brands like Razer, HyperX, KeyChron, Logitech, etc.)- I wouldn't classify myself as a keyboard expert or enthusiast.- As a programmer, my keyboard choice is crucial for my day-to-day work efficiency. How I ended up at the Womier SK71:After growing tired of relying solely on my MacBook for work, I decided to enhance my desk setup. My first choice was a Keychron K8, mainly because of a sale. However, after a few weeks, I realized that its clicky switches, while initially appealing, eventually became a source of annoyance. The overall experience led me to reconsider my choice. After delving into YouTube reviews (most of which were sponsored by, admittedly), I stumbled upon the Womier SK71. Despite its lower price compared to the K8 (when not on sale), it received overwhelmingly positive feedback, prompting me to give it a try.Actual Review of the Womier SK71:Packaging and Initial Impressions:- The keyboard arrived in an appealing package, but there was an odd, strong smell upon unboxing that was quite off-putting, causing a headache that lasted the entire day. It seemed to emanate from a mysterious white square wrapped in plastic.- The construction of the board is entirely aluminum, which gives it a satisfying heft and durability.Design and Customization:- The Womier SK71 includes a variety of extra keycaps, which is great for customization and "good enough" quality. I appreciated being able to swap out the baby blue keycaps for something more to my taste.- A potential downside for fellow programmers: the lack of a dedicated function row and a missing `/~ key, which I frequently use. While there are workaround commands available, it's something to keep in mind if these are crucial for your workflow.- The RGB lighting is impressively vibrant, with a unique side-lighting effect, though the non-backlit keycaps do limit the light transmission. The multiple lighting options add a nice touch.- I haven't yet experimented with the software, and I've come across some less-than-favorable reviews about it.Sound and Typing Experience:- The sound quality of this keyboard is exceptional – the best I've encountered personally. It delivers a buttery smooth auditory experience.- However, the linear switches, despite their pleasant sound, haven't won me over. As someone who has grown accustomed to tactile feedback, I find myself missing that aspect and am considering a switch swap.- When used for gaming, the keyboard performed flawlessly. It was highly responsive and seamlessly switched between my MacBook and PC.Final Thoughts:The Womier SK71 is a solid choice for those venturing outside the realm of mainstream mechanical keyboards. It offers a premium feel, commendable customization options, amazing value, and an auditory experience that's hard to beat. However, its appeal might vary for users like programmers who rely heavily on certain keys and feedback types. Despite its minor drawbacks, it stands out as a strong contender in its price range and is worth considering for both keyboard novices and enthusiasts looking for a different experience.

AMAZING
for such a low price this is crazy. it has a full metal build so its heavy and feels solid and expensive. it sounds prelubed and it does not have any rattle. for a prebuilt keyboard i'd say you can compare it to custom built ones because it sounds creamy and not tacky.

Excellent Value for Aluminum Shell Keyboard
For what you get, this keyboard is superb value. Buying at this price point you have a metal shell, wireless dongle and BT or wired usb-C, hot-swappable switches, south-facing ARGB LEDs, crudely controllable side RGB LEDs, linear white switches, and a servicable software control panel. That's stupidly good for this amount of money. If you got this one sale for below normal? Insane. If this the perfect keyboard for everyone? Nope. But if you want a good, solid base this represents that. The keys available include the editing and movement keys, which are very useful to typists. The fully cut down keyboards on the market save a tiny bit of space, but sacrifice some keys that are of daily use to folks actually using their machines to be productive. You lose number pad and easy function key support, but those can be emulated with autohotkey (numpad) and the fn key (functions) to serve when necessary.I wouldn't recommend this as a travel keyboard as it's heavy. For that, look to something with a plastic shell. (Unless you just really love the idea of hauling a chunk of metal with you to work/school...)The outemu white switches the board comes with are good enough. If you want something different in the future, you can change them out. The keycaps look OK. I wanted shine-through (I type at night a lot) so I bought new caps but there was nothing wrong with the ones that came with the keyboard and if you like the look, I'd say you'd probably do well with them long term.Could this board be better? Yes. Is it fantastic for where it's priced? Yes.

Gorgeous and sounds beautiful
Y'all... my boyfriend bought this keyboard for me as a surprise and I have been typing with it every chance I get. It's got a lovely weight to it, the keys are perfectly thwocky, and it even comes with some extra keycaps if you prefer more or less color on your setup. I love it so much I've been looking for a somewhat affordable keyboard that sounds like this and I can't believe we found one for like $100. I will say though, if you're looking at the bundle with the spiral cable, you don't have to buy that because the keyboard comes with a cable and a 2.4g receiver if you would rather use that. We bought the spiral cable anyways because we didn't know the board came with one and I love the way it looks. It types beautifully, I haven't had any issues with anything so far, and it works great for gaming. I play Minecraft but I also play stuff like Fortnite and so far everything is going smoothly. 10/10 recommend, definitely get it if you're struggling to decide.
