Very well made wheels, robust carrier for the swivel and smooth rotation that can take a lot of weight. Highly recommended when wheels are needed over uneven surfaces, such as over deck boards.

The hole pattern is exactly 2.796 inches apart in both directions, not the dimensions shown in the add. In addition, the mounting plate is 3.332 inches in one direction and 3.312 inches the other. Amazon has been notified of this discrepancy for correction. The mounting plate is stout at 0.166 inches thick. Overall, the wheels appear to be high quality. They swivel and roll smoothly. The locking mechanism is very firm to apply, but would be easy to apply with your foot, and it should hold very well. Can't come up with any negatives about the wheels on initial inspection, its all good!

I made a furniture moving dolly with these. They work well and I easily, by myself, can move large furniture any where I want on flat surfaces. It takes a little more effort and concentration to go over door stops or bumps. But the wheels are solid and will last a lifetime or longer. I used my own screws since the ones that came were a little too short for attaching to the wood I was using. If you are using metal, then the included screws should work fine. The nuts included are standard hex nuts, I replaced these with stainless lock nuts. The wheels roll nicely, and the lock feature is easy to lock and unlock.

Good solid construction. The holes for the bolts are smaller than the description.

The media could not be loaded. I first purchase casters from another company and the locking mechanism did not work and they were three times the amount then these cost and the shipping was so much quicker. These were going underneath a whisper room that I wanted it build a caster plate so it would be mobile. It moves like butter now. Very happy, thanks!

Very heavy duty casters installed on a large bookcase. Easy installation. With them in place, I can move the bookcase into another room with just one finger. Stay put when locked. Not inexpensive, but worth it.

I liked everything about these castors. I used them on my flat Jack, which I use to jack up the front of my street rod. The load force rating of these castors is 4400 pounds. They can easily handle the front load weight of the car.

I honestly didn't know what to expect from these casters and I was hesitant to order them on line. I am building a cabinet for a client and they want a granite counter top on a the kitchen island and one that could move. So as you know we needed casters that could take the weight load. These delivered and then some. They will hold the extra weighted countertop as they hold over 4000 lbs. Thank you Amazon for offering a true product and the price was so economical as well. Will definitely purchase again for future projects. The casters being available in different sizes is a bonus too!! I was also pleased with the weight of the casters very heavy and solid. Las he usado para poner encima una maceta de hormigón con un árbol (800kg) y se mueve perfectamente. El acero de la estructura es muy grueso y las ruedas parecen de una especie de plástico duro pero al ser tan anchas aguantan muy bien el peso. Seguramente con unas ruedas más pequeñas habría valido por el peso que necesito sujetar, pero quería que quedara más elevada. Diría que realmente aguantan el peso que especifican

I wanted to fit a new storage shed with wheels so it could be moved for maintenance purposes occasionally, but I wanted to ensure the wheels would take the weight and stand the test of time.I always over engineer so I chose these 4400 lb wheels to be safe and was impressed as soon as they arrived, by both the weight and also the visible quality of manufacture.The wheels are a wide roller style which gives a wider footprint to the floor and helps distribute the weight and also are not too tall as I didn't want the shed lifting too much. The bearings inside the rollers run smooth and the 4 hole fixing plate and wheel frame are are of steel thick enough for the job. Additionally each wheel has it's own brake for convenience if you can't get to some wheels once fitted. Although the wheels come with fixing nuts and bolts, for my application I used my own rawlbolts into the wooden frame but it's a nice touch to supply them.They have been fitted to my shed now for some time and although they don't move often, they work perfectly, the brake is firm keeping the shed solidly in place but releases easily and moves freely when required. As you can see from the photo's they are used on a flat level flagged patio area outside.I have been completely satisfied with the fast delivery and service life so far.
