Either i was having a bad day or it really threw me but when i opened the box saw all these parts and the instructions as clear as mud i just shut the box and returned it. Sorry.

Excellent buyer's experience. Delivered quickly and works as described. Very bright and just the perfect size for what I was looking for.I had it installed but a professional electrician, so can't comment on the ease of the assembly, but I know the company provides videos explaining the assembly step by step.Would definitely recommend.

This light needs complete self assembly including all the routing of the wires,. Also it shines upwards as well so unless you have a perfect ceiling you will see every single imperfection you have,.. and lastly the ceiling mount hole aren’t square with the light holes so if you just bang it up as you would any other mount your light would not be straight in relation if your room is squared

I’ve had one for a year now so I bought two more. They are very beautiful. No troubles like some of the reviews I saw. The instructions were easy enough to understand. I’m not an electrician and I installed them myself.My one complaint is the remote has program slots for up to 4 but they will not program. Only 1 slot will work so I have to grab all three remotes to change the lights. They are all in my open concept kitchen. Also, other than Amazon, there is no product support.
