I’ve been doing two scoops in my coffee every morning for a month now. I have also been doing strength training and Pilates 6 days a week for six months now. After just a week of starting this, I noticed significantly less bloating. I have much more muscle definition everywhere but especially in my stomach. The only thing I can attribute to this change was starting to use this as nothing else was different. I do have more energy as well. The energy boost started day two for me. I have not noticed any difference with my hair or skin. This does not have a taste to it. It adds some creaminess to my drink. At first, I had significant clumping even though I followed directions. Then I started using one of those handheld immersion blenders (less than $10) and now it dissolves in 5 seconds. That’s the way to go. I will continue using this product as I appreciate the way it makes me look and feel.

I like the taste but it is hard to mix.

This is real colostrum. It’s not white but slightly yellowish, as colostrum should be. It doesn’t dissolve easily in water, and real colostrum powder isn’t supposed to dissolve easily—despite what some people may prefer. If it does, it’s not colostrum. It has a creamy taste and is very effective for gut integrity, dysbiosis, and autoimmune issues. My only complaint is the price. I wish it were at least $5 cheaper, as then I’d have it on a monthly subscription. For now, I’m trying to find a more affordable alternative.

The size is so small I almost fainted when i opened the package. The taste is good, I have not experienced any clumping. Dissolves super easy, a bit early to comment on any health differences seeing as I just got it two days ago. Texture is just as the other two brands that I purchased prior to this one. As far as the value for the money. A person could buy something a lot bigger and pay the same price so not impressed with the value for the size I got. This makes ARMRA’s container look HUGE and we know it’s definitely not. Looking forward to seeing some good health benefits here soon!
