Never tried cold pain relief before, very happy to say it really did work. This pad was a very good size, easy to use and will come in very handy.

I needed it for my knee and it does not wrap round as the picture would suggest.

This is very versatile. I bought it for arm and shoulder problems but it could just as easily be used on the leg or just as a heating pad for my lap. It is slightly heavier than I expected and the gel packs tend to fall down to the bottom so I think one improvement could be to have smaller packs sewn into the sleeve individually, otherwise it's very good.

This is the best if you are suffering from pain I had a acidente witch left me with a nasty back pain and this product was the only thing that could relive my pain. Very easy to use! I end buying another one for my mother in law

Product totally useless. Don't buy

I got this for icing after a hip replacement surgery so that I could keep up with the ice in the ice maker and also have a more flexible ice pack to ice all of the hip areas. This is working nicely. I did buy more insert packs to rotate as I have to ice for long periods of the day for more than a month and I wanted them to have enough freezer time to give me the most cooling time.

Big enough to cover half my back, Velcro straps long enough to reach around my body to hold gel pack in place. Since it is a big gel pack it stays cold for 45 minutes, which is more than long enough + past the recommended time for using an ice pack on an injury.
