Sage - The Big Squeeze - Slow Juicer, Extracts Maximum Quantity of Fresh Juice - 1.5L Jug, Silver

This is my first juicer so I don't have a point of reference as to what other juicers performance! I love this juicer it's easy to assemble and powerful. It juices fruits and vegetables quickly however I find that you still get pulp through so I strain it before drinking it. Cleaning it is not as difficult as other people say it's is. I juice 4 times a day and it takes me 5 min to clean it so no biggy. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of the juice albeit having some pulp coming through. Highly recommended

First apple juice was a disappointment as it come out rather mushy. But I ve learned very quickly that I should use rather hard apples... Since then juicing is a pleasure. Washing not complicated but basket inside need proper scrubbing. The most time and water consuming part. Machine is quiet in use. Only concern is that plastic container for juice and pulp is made of plastic the is easy to damage. I've dropped a small empty jar once and my pulp container got a chip now ... Not affects usage but still...Juicing is easy. Would buy it again but I am hoping that I won't have to.

Contrary to another review the product is BPA free. I have it in writing from Sage after the concerns of the other review. It is a pretty good slow juicer. A lot better than others I have used. However It is difficult/messy to load leafy greens. You have to stuff them through a 3.5cm hole in the top. Brilliant for anything else. It is NOT easy to clean. Too many tight nooks and crannies where the pulp gets trapped. It is easy to assemble and disassemble.

For our family its really important to live a healthy lifestyle. Slow Juicer is a great addition to that idea right? - drinking healthy slow pressed juice that provides you with energy, vitamins and all the good things is a must have addition. We have other Sage appliances that we are happy to use and the most expensive ones in the product line, in order to have for example BPA free plastic.So we didn't even though a second when Sage slow juicer was released - we bought immediately when amazon got in stock one. But when we received a product we were so disappointed, we even didn't made a test run, packed and sent immediately back.Why Sage/Breville you are making a most expensive juicer - slow juicer, that only healthy minded people would value at the max NOT BPA Free?!?! its a total fail in our opinion. For us as buyers that trusted the brand and didn't carefully investigated the product description and Sage/Breville as producer!!And we waited for this product release little bit more than a month.. so so disappointing.Also i dont even see the product in Breville home page anymore.. must be a reason... beware guys!

So, I bought this to replace another juicer, I use these every day, and thinking this was more expensive I expected a decent device. A couple of issues:1. The moveable lid to feed the chute has limited motion, and therefore items can get stuck. The other aspect to the tube is of limited size, so you have to chop lots of the foods.2. Leafy products get stuck in the waster pipe. This is a basic design flow with kind of juicer, and this suffers the same.3. Not recommended for dishwashers. The guide says don't clean in a dishwasher. So, not only do foods get stuck, cleaning and removing obstructions is a pain.So, in summary, I've bought it and used it, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I love this, I had a juicer years ago but it was such a pain to clean so I was a bit hesitant when buying this but it’s so easy to clean and assemble, I wish I had got it sooner. I can’t praise this enough.

I purchased a similar looking thing for less than half the price and made similar juice. It soon cracked the sieve which the vendor replaced several times but kept braking. I bought the Sage and very soon the quality of the materials became apparent, juicing almost every day it has never given me an issue. There are no spares on the website but so far haven’t needed any. This is an instance of you get what you pay for. Made in Korea which is the home of all the top juicers this pedigree shows. You need to cut stuff like chip shop chip size and avoid hard stones , lemon stalks but that's just sense. Very pleased indeed.

Bought 'Like New' from Amazon Warehouse (based on damage to outer packaging only).Shame my unit arrived with scratches on the metal panel (would have appreciated a partial refund to reflact the difference in grading)......
