Works great, fabric is comfortable, XL might be slightly too big for my big head
I've been struggling with a few different chinstraps, either they slip off or the material is too irritating to my skin. My nights are either me being totally still or being a very 'active' sleeper, not really any inbetween, and I've not had this ever slip, even with my goatee long or trimmed down. This stays in place well and gently keeps my mouth closed. I have a bit of a big head, but even as tight as this can go it feels maybe slightly loose, but it does the job so maybe its something I'm just expecting to be tighter when it should be. I did find that this works best for me when i put my CPAP headgear on, then put this over the headgear. The otherway around the headgear seem to slip around more. The head gear I have does not have air flowing through it, the CPAP hose attached directly to the front of the mask, so if you have a headgear that has air flow going through the gear itself, putting it on the outside probably won't work.

Helped me learn to sleep better
I really appreciated this device. I started using the CPAP machine and discovered that I was breathing through my mouth and negating the use of a nasal mask. So I bought this strap which enabled me to keep my mouth closed and helped increase my sleep quality. After 30-45 days of using this chin strap, I trained myself away from snoring with my mouth open and now my sleep is much improved. It definitely is worth it for those with large heads. It is very durable and comfortable. I was amazed how easily I took to using this strap even though I thought I'd never fall asleep. Definitely worth getting!

It does the job. Not a fan of the material.
I’ve used this for about a month or so. It does the job of preventing me from opening my mouth when I use my CPAP mask. However, the material is not very comfortable. It’s not rough, but I was hoping that the material was nicer feeling. It’s just meh.

Get this chin strap if you want the best!
I don't use it with CPAP. It doesn't keep me from snoring (so 4 stars), but it prevents my mouth from opening and drying out. Otherwise 5 stars- very comfortable and durable (lasts months and is washable). It's widely adjustable and while setting up takes a few minutes, but afterwards it can be put on in a few seconds. I also use it to keep my Sleep Headphones Bluetooth Headband in place. I have several, with one in my suitcase for travel. I've tried several different brands and this one works best for me.

Better than the ruby red one
This is my favorite chin strap. I wear it under my CPAP face thing. At first glance, I thought the fabric wouldn’t be comfortable, but after using it a couple of days, I decided it was absolutely fine, with no skin irritation. I had used the ruby red one for years, but the last one I got wasn’t the same as before—cheaply made and stretched out way too quickly. The fabric on this one seems sturdier and less likely to stretch out. I just hope this one continues to be made in the U.S., as I know a certain Asian country, the one that makes most of what Amazon sells, takes every shortcut possible, using cheaper—and sometimes harmful—materials. BTW, don’t be satisfied if a product says “FDA approved”; that only means the plans on paper were approved. Don’t think the FDA goes overseas to that country to make sure the plans are followed. This is especially important for anything that touches your food, especially for items for cooking.

Useless
No instructions. Yes, you would think it would be obvious how to put it on, but it’s not. When I tried the way I thought it would fit, it did not fit at all. The supposed indentation for the chin, slid off, no matter how I tried. Bottom line, waste of money.

Ok but not great
This chin strap quickly stretched out of shape in less than a year. It was not used daily either. Once it was out of shape, it was unable to be tightened enough to prevent the CPAP mask from leaks. Size was accurate.

Comfortable, Easy to Put On, and Works the Best I've Found
I use a CPAP machine and tend to open my mouth some throughout the night, so I need a chin strap. I've tried various chin straps over the years, So far, this is the best I've found. It is comfortable and easy to put on. It doesn't completely keep me from opening my mouth some throughout the night, but it does a pretty good job. It is the best among all others that I've tried. Sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night with a little dry mouth, so I keep a glass of ice water with a straw beside the bed to take a sip when needed. Fortunately, I fall back to sleep very easily.
