10 Pack 1/8 inch Plastic Check Valve, One Way Barb Hose Inline Non Return For Fuel, Oil, Water, Air (1/8 inch)

I have 2 oxygen concentrators for night use, one in the next bed room one in the garage. I have tubing from both so if we have guests staying, I can run the one in the garage because of the noise. I used 2 of these small check valves in line will each concentrator, so I can just turn on the one in use, without changing the tubing around.

They are cheap and look cheap but work great. I tried the first one and I saw air sucked in the line (hand soap). Tried the second one with same result and thought the quality of the seal was bad. Tested both with syringe and water and there was no leak with pressure. Turned out my tube was cracked and sucked in air, not the valves.

Used them for drip irrigation. They failed after I use, about 5 minutes of water flowing through them. I’m gonna guess they just can’t handle much pressure. And, if they can’t handle much pressure I have no idea what they’re good for.

I ordered these to replace a true 1/4" valve. The edge of the barbs is barely 1/4", but it basically slips right out of a 1/4" line. You can see from the images the difference in size of this compared to a true 1/4" valve.

I'm building my own IOT plant watering system, and these valves are an effective way to prevent back-flow into my mini centrifugal water pumps. The forward pressure required to push water through them in the normal direction is quite low, and they are causing minimal reduction in pressure on the delivery side of the valve. I would use them again.

Had a few give out and allow flow the wrong way. I wouldnt buy these again.

These may be good for fluids like washer fluid, but although it says good for air, it did not work on my spray gun (that comes factory with a valve that looks identical) regulated to max 80psi with very low flow rate. The middle rubber diaphragm just blows out in seconds. went through a bunch of valves in a matter of minutes before I gave up and had to buy a better quality one for it to work.
