Good product, clean and easy to use. I use this as a light breading and as an ingredient instead of potatoes in a favorite bread recipe. I never like these zip close bags though, so I do put into an airtight container.

I’ve been searching for a cost‑effective source of resistant starch, and this one has been a huge help for my gut. These four packs will last a long time, especially since I only use about 1 tablespoon in my overnight oats. It mixes smoothly and you can’t taste it at all. Just remember: if you’re using potato starch for gut benefits, don’t heat it—heat destroys the RS2.

Perfect size and easily resealable.
This is one of the best potato starches I have used so far. There is something nice about the end taste of this product as well compared to few others. The real beauty I think is that it’s not too small. It’s the right size, you can use it plenty of times before it feels like it’s reaching the end, but it’s not so big that it takes up space in your kitchen. On a plus size too, it’s resealable! I think it’s hard to find potato starch that isn’t packaged so small or difficult to close. I really enjoyed this. Will purchase again.
