Second time purchasing, good product.

I have been taking red yeast rice for a few years now to reduce my cholesterol and it has been very effective, although you have to take it consistently for several months to get results. This product is less expensive than most and works just as well.

Cholesterol control without statins. How does it get better than that.

After taking this for about 6 months, my total cholesterol decreased from 202 to 171.

This stuff is okay. Not sure how it works to lower cholesterol, as I haven't had it re-tested since starting this product. However, BEWARE! I take the pill, and then like ten minutes later, I burp. DUST AND SMOKE literally comes out of my mouth. I don't know if the powder or something gets stuck in my throat and then comes up, but every time it happens it hurts, and burns, and scares the bejeezus outta me.You've been warned.

i like this product better than other offerings of Red Yeast Rice, most of which are in a pill format. This is in a capsule, I believe that the baking and forming to make a pill would damage some of what this product delivers. Amazon makes it easy to order I often order it with CoQ10 included.
