The logs are ok, ordered one pack to check them out. Not overly pretty but gives the effect I wanted. The bark is coming off of a few of them but not too fussed for what I want them for. Ordered another pack to fill the rest of the space. They are ok. Will not be burning them as I have an electric heater…. They give a rustic look. Overall pleased.Edit- 2nd pack has arrived and filled the entire space of the fire place. The pieces sent were thinner than the original bulk however worked out well for me as managed to slot into other space as required. Again ok for what I need it for. Very fast dispatch and delivery. Over all pleased.

Arrived and even though a good amount of wood came it doesn't give off heat (which is the point in buying it as need heat for my arthritis) like different cheaper bulks have which I've ordered in the past. Disappointed with how much paid for it

Burns perfectly and the smell is beautiful, not too Smokey so even though I am the middle house in a row no moans from neighbours. Be getting more soon

I have bought these logs several times now, always found them to be dry and to burn well. Used in an open fireplace and they always heat the room up really well. Had one minor mistake which was quickly and brilliantly resolved. Overall extremely happy

Needed logs for outdoor burner and they were the only once available at short notice but pleasantly surprised at length of burning and heat from logs. Lovely smell too!
