My feet love these orthotic insoles
Very well-made, with good support, and enough cushioning to be comfortable. All at a great price. I’m a seasoned nurse and I totally appreciate well-made orthotics in my shoes.

Good for lower back pain
Great for your lower back. These work great in flat shoes , but in running shoes the hard plastic near the arch will make a slight crunchy packing snow sound as you walk. It is worth it because these insoles have that area. Most insoles just have the cushion.

Not the best insert I have used, just not right for my feet , wore them for about a week in walking sneakers and had much pain all day, finally took them out and replaced with different ones. Not for Me

Awful Quality
As someone on the larger side, I found that these insoles were not durable, lasting less than two weeks. Additionally, they developed an unpleasant squeaking sound when walking. My previous insoles, which lasted over a year, were slightly more expensive—but well worth it for this cheaper option. I would recommend investing in a higher-quality insole rather than choosing this low-cost alternative.

Works for me
These work great for my high arch feet. I don't understand why insoles tend to cost $20 and up. These seem just as good as any others I've tried.
