Not as good as the original model
I had purchased several of the original voom sonic toothbrush and was disappointed when I finally ran out and had to purchase the rechargeable model. There are several reasons that this toothbrush disappoints:1) Its not as strong as the original sonic toothbrush. The vibrations are so mild its hardly worth having the electric component.2) The portal to charge this toothbrush is difficult to open. This could have been made much more user friendly.3) The battery life of the original model was great and lasted for an extended trip. The battery in the chargeable model is less reliable.4) The silver model scratched on the first use whereas the other plastic toothbrushes were solid and never scratched.While this model is lighter weight, that seems to be the only improvement. I don't need a beep to tell me when to move on to the next portion of my teeth so I don't find the timer at all helpful. I will be looking for a new travel toothbrush that has a little more power.

Great power!
Bought as a travel tooth brush and was shocked by the power of this little guy! Teeth and gums feel super clean. Charged lasted about a month with average twice a day usage.

Just stop working
Just a little past my return date my toothbrush just stopped working. I tried charging it, and it still didn’t work. I’ve been using these toothbrushes for years now and this is the first time I ever had an issue.

Nice product until you need to change heads
It is IMPOSSIBLE to remove the brush head to replace it with a new one. I went to the company's website and they have no instructions, no customer support, no help, and no information on how to contact them. What are they trying to hide?

At least it's cheap
Bristles way too soft, and the batteries don't last long. I have to charge at least once a week, and I only use this maybe 3-4 times a week as my after-lunch work toothbrush. The vibration is so small and fast that it doesn't seem to add to the cleaning ability of the brush, anyway.
