Driver for loop powered devices from PLC 4-20mA output.
Good for driving 24V loop powered devices from 5V PLC outputs. Works well. Good price. The website was a bit odd on how many we could by for next day delivery. It rationed them so several people needed to order the required quantity. I hadn't seen that on any other items before.

Versatile isolator with quick response
Out of the box I found this isolator to be ever so slightly off between the input and output. There are two trimmer pots on the board that allow for fine-tuning the calibration (zero and span). Once I made some small adjustments to the calibration, I found the input and outputs were well within tolerance with minimal error. My applications involve temperature sensing and voltage biasing, so relatively slow change. I placed a signal generator on the input of the isolator and injected a 0.25-5v sine wave to determine at what rate of change does this isolator become inaccurate. I found right around 26hz the tolerance will remain within 5% between input and output. 11hz seemed to be the departure of .1% tolerance. Anything above 26hz and the voltage differential between input and output increased exponentially. It seems like this isolator can handle a pretty high rate of change while maintaining input/output tolerance. Overall this device does exactly what it says it does and provides a good layer of isolation between a source and input.

Works well
Although I don't fully understand any of it - Husband needed this device to separate the signals between two different devices, and he reports it works well. It seems to be well made and performs as advertised.
