Excellent value for a great quality supplement. I’ve been using D3 for a while now and really notice the difference . I saw this supplement and decided to try the combination as it’s so good for bone heath .

Fat soluble vitamins are often over looked in the modern diet and even with supplement considerations can be sub optimal. D3 is essential for so many physiological processes, and needs K2 -MK7 to be utilised correctly by the body. This tablet gives a optimal dosage of both fat soluble vitamins, and is very useful for hormonal, bone-connective tissue and cardio vascular health. The price was excellent, and I highly recommend these supplements!

Very easy to swallow, just smell like it was smuggle between something else _____ 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Arrived on time, a good 6 month supply. I ordered because I was experiencing hair loss, every time I brushed my hair the brush was full of my hair at the end. I read that a vitamin D deficiency can cause this. Within a week of taking this product my hair is no longer falling out.

Been taking D3 & K2 for 2 years as I've read some articles regarding Western diet being low on these vitamins and that they help older people.Not sure of the efficacy of taking D & K supplements as it's a long term thing but as one gets older (I'm 63), they are supposed to aid in preventing hardening of he arteries (K2) and are involved bone management (D3 & K2). I regularly measure my blood pressure and is fine - long may it continue.After using D3 and K2 supplements for around18 months found now my teeth do not seem as sensitive as they used to be (so much so that I've stopped using toothpaste for sensitive teeth).Update Mar 2020I also believe vit D helps fight off infection (wikepedia says "supplementation slightly decreases the risk of acute respiratory tract infections") which is good in present circumstances.Not as cheap as they once were though and have gone up in past week.
