I had high hopes, but this pillow gave me awful neck pain. It lacks proper support, leaving my neck sore and stiff every morning. Definitely not ideal for anyone needing neck support.

This pillow is soft but has great support. I was able to sleep well and not wake up sore as usual. It has curves and dips right where they need to be to make a perfect fit no matter which way you sleep.

I suffer from neck tension from sitting at a desk all day on a computer and I am a side sleeper with fibromyalgia. I have tried EVERY pillow type out there. This pillow is absolute heaven, soft but firm in all the right places. I will never go anywhere again without my pillow. My dad used it at the hospital when he first got admitted, then my mom after surgery and finally gave it back. The first time I rested on it I fell asleep pain free. Then I tried to use it for lounging in bed, I have used it lowe in my back, and no matter what position it is versatile and comfortable. I have spent so much money on neck pillows, body pillows, feather pillows and cooling neck orthopedic pillows.This one is the best hands down and it is so comfortable. I can't believe how nice it is and what a value for the money.
