This is a great product but make sure it's really what you are looking for. Syntha 6 is not a pure protein product, it's more like an MRP (meal replacement product) or all in one product due to its nutritional macros. With 10 grams of carbohydrate and 6 grams of fat per serving this is really more suited to replacing one of your meals than as a pure protein source. As the name suggests this contains 6 different sources of protein which all digest at different rates, this is great for keeping you feeling full for hours but may not be what you're after if you are looking for a fast digesting protein for post workout.The taste, as with all Syntha 6 products is delicious with either water or milk and I highly recommend this product if it suits your needs. I use this for breakfast mixed with raw whole oats and milk - it's like a thick healthy dessert and keeps me full and energised for hours.

This product has changed a lot in the past 4 years since I've started using it from being an amazing to how could this happen!Price has doubled in 4 years which I think I need to point out as first of three things that I've noticed have changed.Secondly, taste s nothing like what it was back then and is giving me more of a sickly feeling, almost overly artificial flavour to it after just one drink.And finally the texture, digestion of it and effect have also changed. It has become oddly sandy in texture, takes me to extreme of virtually drying me out of water in my bofy and not noticing an effect of this protein powder as it used to been.I work out in a healthy and orderly fashion, to keep energised and generally fit. So this protein shake from BSN used to work miracles and now all I get is indigestion and an empty wallet.I do hope that last two that I've bought weren't an issue with that batch but have put me off this protein powder for good. Sadly!

This has gone from either giving me loose motions to totally (and worryingly) cementing me up. I could be intolerant to these shakes as I have had issues with maxi muscle before in the same way. I take a lot less of a serving now. It's quite high in calories as well so as others are saying use as a meal replacement otherwise you will gain 6 kilos in no time like i did (and it wasn't just muscle!)It is however the tastiest shake I have had when mixed with milk. I wish they could make one with half of the energy this thing packs in. Smaller quantities of it don't have the same taste obviously.

Great product. Started my fitness programme and it helps a lot with after workout cravings. I generally work out at 7PM as I work a very early shift.Have my tea at about 5ish, workout at 6.30-7.30 and have a shake as soon as I can after. Really helps with muscle pains as well in my experience, and really fills you up. Could be used as a meal substitute if you wanted to.

Best tasting protein I have ever used or tasted. Only downside to this order was I didn't order the bigger tub! Honestly I have struggled to find protein flavours that I can stomach. This flavour is truly amazing and I have used it in loads of recipes. Mixability and taste as well as macros are great. Cannot fault this!

Iv had this product for about a year very good stuff and it's not just a meal replacement have cellmate with it also and you will see the changes I bought this bottle and it's got all languages on it and the USA flag is not right there's no picture of the back of bottle got a new one from tesco and you can see the difference very bad got to be a fake because it American product so you don't need Chinese writing on it if you buy this write a review about it

This is fantastic, can't recommend it highly enough. Mixes great, viscosity spot on and flavour is far better than any of the other major brands (chocolate Milkshake).

This particular seller is unreliable but the product is great. Order it from somewhere else unless you want your items to arrive super late. In regards, to the product, love the taste. Good alternative if you are craving for something sweet.
