I like the flavor of this!

The vinegar tastes good The "lees" evoke the quality of the product. Where I live one simply can't find it in bulk. Pretty much by myself I'll use the five liters in half a year, so it's a good deal. This is my second order.

Wanted to make a large amount of Balsamic Reduction- reducted w brown sugar & this worked out well

I mix 1 tablespoon in 16 oz of water into a squeeze bottle with a straw andsquirt this down my throat to avoid the acidity on my teeth, but to gain the digestive benefits of ingesting this every night. I find the taste not unpleasant. This is an aged vinegar which has more polyphenols than unaged variety and is therefore better for you.

The other Balsamic I have been buying is really good but for the same price of 2 bottles I get 10 bottles volume with this product.It is sweet and earthy, so good I want to pour a glass and drink it straight, makes a delicious glaze, marinade and dressing.

I love this product. The flavor is excellent. I am so glad I found this balsamic vinegar through a pizza restaurant.

To light and taste is to acid, not the regular taste of modela vinegar. Not good for salads, only cooking
