Sensor pad box was not sealed! Returned!

The camera is completely useless. It does work fine but the software is terrible. If you're lucky it can take 2-3 minutes for the image to appear, but it can as easily not appear at all. Seldom the image appears relatively quickly but most of the time it is so slow that it is easier/faster just to go to see the baby yourself. And if you're outside you need to really lucky for their server/software to work properly. Don't buy! I want to return this crap but unfortunately haven't been able to do so yet.

When we brought this product it had 5 star reviews from over 250 people. Having had it for over 6 months, it was one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The camera is glitchy, slow, freezes if you have the app open too long. It doesn’t do the job it was intended to do. On top of this, you can see other “open servers” with people using their cameras for security and other stuff. It doesn’t set your mind at ease knowing that there is the option for other people to view each other’s footage so easily. It makes me question if other people can see the footage on my camera. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We purchased this as a baby monitor and whilst it occasionally works (and works well), you cannot rely on it due to the software. We constantly get the "server busy" message and can't get a visual screen to see the room we need to. Last week my wife emailed Spotcam who acknowledged the problem but have offered very little to correct it.This is a very expensive item and we're now having to buy an alternative as this is just that bad. Avoid like the plague
