Easy to Use
Very easy to use. Instructions are clear and straight forward. price is very good. Worked well right out of the box, Except it doesn’t come with 9 volt battery, that you have to supply. Found studs and electrical conduit right a away. I like the multiple adjustments possible with it.

Good stud finder
This is what I was looking for. I never had a stud finder in my tool box till now. This works great and would recommend this to someone if they needed one. One thing I like about it is it tells you where the edge of the stud is and the center. IMO that's cool.

Works great
I like it tells you when you are in the center of the stud. It also gives you arrows to which way is the center of the stud.

Good Fit and Size, Backlit Screen Easy to Read, But Felt Rub Strips Peal Off, Not Always Consistent Locating Studs
Good fit and finish. Backlit screen is easy to read. Generally easy to use with decently sized hand grip and scan button. Generally isn't awkward or difficult to press against and maintain contact with the wall. Thin felt strips are used on the back as contact areas for sliding stud finder along the surface of wall. The reason I gave the stud finder 3 stars is about the felt rub strips, and what I thought was a little confusion by stud finder locating studs. After minimal use (maybe 5 minutes of sliding stud finder on wall with lightly textured surface painted with eggshell finish paint) the felt rub strips were wearing away and beginning to peal off. Replacing felt rub strips with plastic rub strips would probably solve problem. And, it seemed at times the stud finder couldn't consistently locate studs in the same place when moving stud finder back and forth from either direction (maybe this has something to do with the calibration process?).After returning item to seller and receiving full refund, I received a stud finder from INCH vs CM free of charge under their 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. The company obviously takes customer satisfaction seriously. Fixing the rub strip issue noted above the stud finder could be rated four stars, and by improving the consistency of the stud finder's performance it could be rated five stars.

Wasn't working but they are replacing!
I reviewed this studfinder with 1 star and they immediately contacted me to make it right and figure out how to help me.I am going to give 4 stars for customer service since they definitely are above the rest because most companies don't stand by their products after a month or try to reach out and fix any issues. They offered to replace the item and refund it. I respect them tremendously!I will review specifics when I try the new one.The issues I had with the defective one is it would tell me there was stud when there wasn't. It would change position of the stud Everytime I scanned. I scanned over and over, changed batteries, calibrated a million times over different parts of the wall, used work gloves when using stud finder and used bare hands, tried 1/2", 1", 1 1/2" modes. I tried other things as well to get it to work with no luck. I hope the new one works because it does have a bunch of great features that are hard to find in a stud finder for under $50.
