Flawed sound but otherwise great deal at £700
It’s an amazing deal when around the £700 price. It’s fast and great for anyone looking for a budget laptop that can do everythingOne problem that appears to be widespread is that when using the graphics card the speakers create a kinda popping or buzzing sound. This has been misinterpreted as fan clicking. I suspect is a design flaw. Recommend to buy this if you have headphones to use with.Speakers are bottom firing so listing to them on the bed is a no. They’re a bit tinny and lack base. The build quality is excellent but the brushed metal is easily marked and scratched and dented. Screen flex is minimal and the laptop is generally quiet. The display is connected to the Intel HD graphics and not the graphics card so I’ll come up as intel instead of NVIDIARecommend to anyone who will me mostly productivity and gaming on the side

My Asus laptop (Asus Vivo Book Pro, bought 26/02/2019) has been nothing but trouble.
My laptop will not open apps - it just hangs up and never opens them. When it happened before I was able to run a memory test which fixed the problem, but this time even the test app won't open, it just hangs up.In the short time I've owned this laptop I have more trouble than I did in ten years of using my previous laptop (NOT AN ASUS Model)

Overall Great Computer, not so good battery.
Good: It is a 17 inch screen but overall actually isn't much bigger than my other 15.6 inch laptop. Not sure what people are talking about with the keyboard, it's really solid. The keyboard lights up with different brightness settings. It's fast, multitasking! It can run decent games and ha a gorgeous screen.Bad: The battery life is absolute trash, it runs out after about an hour of full battery life even on power saver mode!I have to keep the charger plugged in so this makes using it dependant on whether there is a plug socket.Quite disappointed due to the price but it's not a huge problem for me since you can take the laptop to a cafe and plug up right there. The fan is stupid loud when playing League of Legends, headphones needed.I have high hopes for it's longevity, my last two asus still work to this day after years of use and many beatings.UPDATE*Had this for a few months now, again, battery is quite awful, I've altered the settings a bit and the best I can hope for is max about 2 hours on battery with general use which is a real shame. The fan makes an awfully loud noise when dealing with demanding tasks (like playing a game or rendering a video) aswell... it's okay if you have headphones in though.UPDATE**The speakers are horrible. Using the Headphones 90% of the time, and still the speakers have already blown. So they make this rattling noise... Really quite disappointed with ASUS
