Great device!
I got this range finder recently and it really a great surprise to me. Very tiny, light and easy to use. I can carry it in my pocket during a round. I compared it with my daughter’s Bushnell. Same accuracy. And it has one decimal place for yardage (Bushnell is whole number) which could be very useful for better players. The price is really reasonable. $100 vs $400 Bushnell, it is a winner!

Good rangefinder for the price, needs a hard case and cold weatherproofing
I looked at others and it seemed the best one for the price at the time. I have used it about 100 times and it works great for the most part and its interface is decent and quick. Bit it doesnt work when it was cold outside, it would not take a reading. So after a few times of this i removed the battery and reinserted it and it started working properly again, long term we will see. Also i wish it had a hard case, i had to buy one seperately which adds to the cost. The soft case it comes with isnt going to protect the investment.

Great rangefinder!
I’ve had this rangefinder for about a year and it is great ! Great value, accurate, and easy to use . Sadly just lost my first one but happily ordered a second today ! 🤘🏻

Highly recommend!
Opening up the box, the first thing I noticed is how sleek and compact this newly redesigned AOFAR range finder is (I also have an earlier AOFAR unit that my wife now uses). You just can’t beat the price! What you get is a unit with all the bells and whistles at a price that is several hundred dollars less than a brand name unit. I tend to walk frequently, and the GX-6F Pro fits comfortably in my back pocket, so no more need to rummage through my bag, or mess with a carabiner clip (one comes with it though, along with a nice carrying case). It’s literally just over half the size of my iPhone 12 mini. I’ve used it twice so far (writing this in early April 2022), and have found that it easy to lock onto the target, and the distances are highly accurate. I highly recommend this range finder!

Great rangefinder
I doubt you can find a better unit for the price. I like the way it viabrates on the flagstick. I alwasy can get accurate measurements easily. I had an AOFAR previously and it lasted many years.

UPDATE: Not-So-Great Rangefinder for the Price.
Update - Sorry, I was slow on this update, After using the rangefinder for a month, I found a few things about this rangefinder that made using it cumbersome to nearly impossible.1. The readings can be off by as much as several yards when multiple readings are taken from the exact same spot to the exact same target. I could understand a yard, but not several. Not only that, when a friend with a similar model took readings when standing side-by-side, we could be off by more than 5 yards and up to 10 yards. This is unacceptable if you want pinpoint accuracy.2. When looking into a low-hanging sun, the glare makes it nearly impossible for the finder to lock on a flag. I tried cleaning the front of the finder thoroughly, but nothing helped. I did not experience this with my older unit which was range only (no slope).3. On misty mornings, the finder doesn't pick up the flag and provide measurements. All of them have this issue to some degree, but this one is the worst or most sensitive that I have seen.4. After using it on a half dozen outings, the unit has developed a problem in which it locks up after each reading. The power button stops working and nothing resets it other than removing the battery and reinserting it. Even allowing the unit to time out to turn it off does not resolve the lock-up. This was the last straw for me.Pay a little more for a better unit. This is obviously a case of, "you get what you pay for".Original review:I took this to the range today to give it a try. I have an old unit that doesn't have the slope functionality, so I broke them both out to compare range readings and to see what I needed the slope. I found that both units gave the same actual distances, but the slope information gave me the data I needed. The range isn't level, so I found the effective distances to be off by as much as 5 yards hitting to some pins, explaining why I wasn't getting the distance results I had expected when changing clubs and hitting these different pin placements. This is very valuable information when trying to learn your club yardages.

Solid rangefinder
Excellent for the price. Magnifying scope is clear, display is easy to read. Sometimes takes a couple tries to get flag lock, but verified with a much nicer scope that yardages were accurate ±1 yd. Instructions were decent, although the flag lock section was a bit confusing. The soft case is nice.A magnet on the side of the scope to attach to a golf cart would be nice, but for the price I can't complain.
