What I like the most about the JJ CARE Morning Reboot Patch 50 pcs Individually Wrapped was the small applying patch and easy to put on and remove and just gives enough of a boost I am lacking in the morning.

These are a nice way to get your vitamins, especially if you have trouble taking large pills. I do think these are a little larger than others I have used, and I noticed them a bit more. I also don't think they stay put quite as well as smaller patches, but they are good enough for a 12-hour stretch. I also wish they weren't individually wrapped and instead had about six on a single sheet like other brands. I'm old enough that I don't drink to excess very often, and when I do it's usually with a group of people and I hand these around to everybody anyway. I can't really say how they help with hangovers as I don't tend to get them. But I appreciate the boost after a night of drinking anyway.

They do a good job reducing the effects of a hangover. I felt less dehydrated the next day. Adheres very well.

The box I received only had the hangover patches with no signs of the B12 patches. I was actually hoping to try the B12 patches as I don't really drink often. Either way, I did try the hangover patch initially and a couple times after drinking. Since I don't really overdrink anyway, I am not sure if these are really helping much. As far as the patches go, they do stick on pretty well and I didn't have any issues with it peeling off during normal use.

You will wake up with a kick your step, these work as well as other anti-hangover supplements I have taken. The B12 patch though I didn't feel any different even after being very hungover. The patches work though for me I brought on a cruise and felt okay in the morning although the hangover will creep back in the afternoon if not properly hydrating!

i've been using hangover patches for a few years - trying different brands. this is my 2nd go-round with JJ Care, these are slightly different than the previous version i used. they've changed the ingredients just a bit and i think they have improved the sticky . they stay on, even on the hot days. the effectiveness is up to you really. fact is - you drink too much ... there will be effects. these can help there - you drink way too much - they will help a little. you drink in moderation but still often wake up with a headache, these can help a lot more. if you want them to help more - and you're all day drinking - swap it out for a freshie. you do have to put it on before you go out and then leave it on when you're done. wear one overnight and let those vitamins continue to replenish. that's the whole thing - you drink, you lose all the nutriets. these help give you some of them back. the box also comes with some b12 patches. b12 is good for you. energy, metabolism, etc. i pop one on when i don't get enough sleep. helps to get me going in the morning. i like both of these patches - they have benefits. use them correctly - and take care of yourself.
