New Headrest for Herman Miller Aeron Classic, Compatible with Atlas Headrest Including A, B, C Sizes (Black)

The media could not be loaded. ERGOKING, Engineered Now, Atlas Headrest etc etc.. the list seems never ending...that is, until you come across the..Fortaleza,With only 5 ratings, I wondered. Then I said, they are all 5 stars, will I be the 6th, 5 star rating? Although I did order the Engineered Now first, since It was 2 day shipping, I had time to explore and thank goodness i kept at it! Searching YouTube videos, random reviews online, product reviews from said manufactures’ websites so on and so forth.Prices are all over the place, from $90 to almost $200. You know the deal, some get good reviews, a lot get bad reviews.From the moment I removed the headrest from the packaging, I knew I held something special. It is solid, well constructed and very intuitive. I added a picture of whats included and you can see, there is not much to it. I also added a video that shows the strength of the bolt that holds the headrest to the chair, by shaking it around trying to make it come loose, it did not. The design is very simple and I think that helps with stability, longevity and less chance for things to wrong. The support beam for the headrest is arched so there is no chance of it falling backward with too much head pressure or weight, unlike other brands. While sitting in the chair, I can reach back and press a rectangular button that allows for height adjustment. To be fair and honest, the swivel function position of the headrest does not seem to make a difference up or down. Perhaps I'll realize what the difference is later but for now, I’m not seeing the point yet. Besides for that one caveat, time will tell if the mesh holds up. Rest assured, I will be back in a year to update this as I track my reviews for updates, even if no one reads them, I assume someone just might. Finally, yes, this will be the 6th 5 star rating. I am still in awe at the quality of this headrest. It was cheaper than the others I saw on here and it is truly worth it. The fabric itself matches the Aeron perfectly; putting it on was super easy, and adjusting it is a breeze. It feels very sturdy, looks great and has exceptional ease of use. I highly, highly recommend this headrest.

The Headrest looks and feels great, only time will tell how durable it is. The reason it doesn't get the full 5 star rating is because it has a SLIGHT wiggle to it that is barely noticeable and the packaging wasn't so appealing. If you need a headrest for your HM aeron (Classic in my experience) I'd say this is a great buy. Will update my review at a later date.

It was relatively easy to install this and works as advertised. No issues.

Well, this headrest is comfortable, but kept loosening off the chair. When I tightened it up the fourth time, the locking bolt stripped and it broke. Luckily it was still within the return window so I got my money back

The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried some of the cheaper options available out there and didn’t like either the build quality or the color of the mesh. I didn’t want to spend much more and and opted to try this one out. I was surprised on how sturdy it feels and how well it matches my aeron classic chair.
