I wasn't sure about it when it first arrived but since my wife has been using it after knee surgery, I am sold on it, (it would be good for those not familiar the setup to have a quick start sheet with it) It is easy to set up and works as well as the ICEMAN unit. There are no leaks, no sweating from the bucket bag. very low noise from the pump. And such a great price! And it has a 30 minute timer to stop it from overcooling.

Husband had knee arthroscopy and was told to get one of these by a friend. It is so nice to not have to get the ice bags constantly and go up and downstairs dealing with that. I was concerned it would be noisy. Not at all. I was surprised it is a soft cooler- but it is insulated and lined. It has a timer on it. Keeping inflammation out is a big help for pain! That’s why keeping it “iced and elevated” works. Easy to use. Just the right size for a 5 pound bag of ice and water. Could have used less ice , but decided to use more since overnight. We took the ice to it and set it up in place. Glad we did this! Also glad I found this at my price point.

Full knee replacement. Added frozen water bottles. Placed pump in bag. Completely submerged with water. Ran great for 3 sessions. Then quit running. Would not pump water. Wanted to return it but my husband worked on it. Placed in the sink full of water to run it and he made it work again. No issues after that. Have used it about half a dozen times since.Good product. Keeps cool flowing water on knee after full replacement. Easy set up.Would have given 5 stars had I not had this issue.

Definitely buy this if considering it. Price is fantastic and it works. Had a total knee replacement and was sent home with an ice machine. I decided to buy another one to keep one in my bedroom and one near a recliner, so I had 24 hour access to icing without moving the machine.I prefer this machine to the one given me. It is so easy to use. It is relatively quiet, and works perfectly. I am having pain at night, but if I put the ice machine on, I get instant relief. It has a nice sized wrap and good flow of the coldness.I put three frozen bottles of water inside the cooler that’s filled with water. I also keep a plug in freezer cooler filled with frozen water bottles nearby so I can switch out in minutes. I believe the coldness lasts about 6 hours, possibly more.All these ice machines can leak, so I put it inside a hard sided cooler to protect my floors.

This thing worked great, other than the leaking cooler. Do yourself a favor and put it in a hard sided cooler to avoid lots of soppy messes. Then after three days, it would no longer turn on. Period. End. My wife just had knee replacement. We don't need to have something as important as this suddenly quitting. We live in the middle of nowhere. So now we are screwed. Amazon is replacing for free, but it'll take 4 days to get to us. Anyway. Don't buy this junk.-------------------Amazon did in fact replace it free of charge. We got it about 4 days after the first one quit. PLUS.....the seller refunded us half of our purchase price. It's worked GREAT since then. No issues. We DO use a hard sided cooler instead of the one provided with it. So......they stood behind their product. But the failure was VERY untimely.

It’s amazing work , perfect kit!!!!!

The item basically does as says but the bag is cheap and leaked first use. It is also poorly insulated and the ice does not last long at all, you get one leaky use and have to refresh the ice every other time. I’m sure the plastic cooler type work much much better. This item is inexpensive and is obvious why when unpacked. It’ll be on its way back tomorrow. Ended up using the tried and true OG frozen veggies, works much better.

works great ice lasts a long time. only thing is doesn't stay on that long maybe 15 minutes at a time. great for knee injuries. holds a lot of ice and water
