Healthy Human Water Bottle, BPA Free Sports Travel Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottles

I am pleased with the bottle but must dock 2 stars for two false advertisements. First the product images do not include the base of the bottle where it says "Made in China". I only saw the box label where it says "Born in Charleston, SC". I thought that was a cute way of saying made by American workers. Second the description says no crevices for bacteria to hide. The interior weld seam was not polished giving much space along the weld to harbor bacteria. Neither of these will impact the function of the water bottle but I must dampen all the advertising hype with a dose of reality.TL;DR made in China and an unpolished interior weld.

Oh, the elusive search for a water bottle. But not just any water bottle. THE water bottle.Here was my criteria:1. Must keep water cold. Considering I live in the depths of the Sonoran Desert, this is not a small feat. I fill it up with ice, and then fill it up with water, screw on the top and off we go. But the Healthy Human doesn't care if I leave it in the scorching 120 plus car for a few hours while I run errands. When I come back, there is ice cold nectar of the God's waiting for my parched soul!2. While it keeps my water cold, it must not create condensation on the outside that is going to make my purse (and everything in it) soaking wet. That's not any fun! This puppy does it! I don't know how (well yeah I do, it's insulated) but, it works. It really works. Ice cold water and dry stuff.3. Must fit in my cup holder. Yes, it sounds ridiculous, but you know what I'm talking about. If it's too big, it has to go somewhere else, which really means it ends up rolling around on the floor in the backseat. Then if I want a drink? No dice, it has tucked itself into a nook too far from my reach. So frustrating! But again, the Healthy Human 21 oz Stein to the rescue! It fits perfectly into my average sized cup holder. :) Yay! Ice cold water is within reach, and not wobbling around.4. Must be easy to carry. Ding ding, they did it again folks! Whoever came up with the 3 finger idea is a genius. I mean it...a genius. I don't know how they figured out that I instinctively grab with those 3 fingers, but they did, and they were right! It is sooooo easy to pick up, so easy to carry around. Sometimes I don't want to take a bag along. Sometimes I want to grab my water bottle and my 7 year old and take a quick walk to the park. Bam - Healthy Human has me covered! So easy to get a solid hold with three fingers through that top loop. I drop things people. I drop things a lot, but not this. Those fingers wrap around there and just hold on. It's like magic, I tell you! Genius magic! Now, the carabiner is a great idea as well, adds a lot of functionality depending on what you want to use it for. But I didn't use it much, it kind of rattled around and around up there on the handle. I took it off, it lived in the bottom of my purse for a few weeks and then it broke. So, I'm not sure if the carabiner is low quality (which seems odd because I wouldn't say that about anything else on the stein) or if it just didn't want to be removed. But, it doesn't affect my happiness with the Healthy Human, because I never used it anyway.5. Must be "healthy" and not festering in chemicals. Lets face it, plastic isn't as nice to drink out of. After awhile, things just don't taste right. Glass is a great idea, but it's sooooo heavy and I am soooooooo not coordinated (refer to my comment about dropping things in #4.) But the stainless steel...it does the trick! My water tastes like...wait for it...water! Yippee!6. Possibly the most important criteria: It must not leak! I mean, if I wanted something that I had to hold upright all the time, I'd just use a cup! Seriously! I need something that I know won't get my purse, backpack and all my treasures wet. It seems pretty basic, but apparently it's not. Because just about every other bottle I've had hasn't been able to pass this criteria. Even that other well-known, more expensive hydro container leaked. The little silicone ring on the Hydro Flask could get misplaced (what a pain to keep track of) or fall out of place. Sometimes without you even knowing it! Then you go about your business and come back to get a drink only to find it is all over your purse, wallet, paperwork, etc. Ugh! But again, the Healthy Human answers the call! It works! It seals shut. Solid. I've never lost a drop!Bottom line...I have been searching for a long time for the right container and the Healthy Human Stainless Steel Insulated Stein has passed all the tests. I LOVE this thing! I tell everyone I see about it. Now I just have to break down and get the growler size so I can do ice cold refills on the go! :) Thanks so much Healthy Human! You have hit the nail on the head!

This product claims to be stainless steel. I washed it as recommended, never in a dishwasher. Let it air dry. The bottom of the inside rusted. Do not recommend. Bought this in March. Only lasted until August.

I have had these bottles for a year, and I can't believe how awesome they continue to be! They really do keep the hots hot and the colds cold as long (or longer) then they say! We have 5 that we continue to use daily, scratches, scrapes, dents and all...I don't think I could get my family to part with them unless I was handing them a new one!The real reason I am writing this review today, though, is to give high praise to Healthy Human as a company that truly supports their customers above and beyond. About 2 months after we purchased, one of the lids cracked, and it was no problem getting it replaced. Here it is a year later, and I lost a gasket...totally my fault...so I contacted them about purchasing a pack of gaskets so I could freshen up all the bottles, and they sent me, at no cost, 2 gaskets for each of my 5 bottles! I was shocked that they offered to send me some free, and even more shocked to receive 10 of them!Buy this bottle...you won't regret it!

After using so many brands of bottles over the past 7 years for myself and my son, I came across this brand and decided to give them a try based on the reviews... I purchased the 40oz bottle for myself and one of the smaller ones for my son earlier this year (March). I have loved using my bottle daily ..it's strong... and I was so impressed at how my water actually did stay cold for 24 hours.. sometimes longer... I was astounded... I told so many friends and family to purchase these bottles for themselves and their children. I thought my search was over.As of the past month - my bottle now "SWEATS" immediately after filling with my ice cold water in the morning.Something that they state above - that it's not supposed to do -"Stein never breaks a sweat thanks to the double walled insulated technology! "Well, this seems to have been proven wrong.My bottle now only stays cold for a few short hours and that's it.Thank God my son's bottle is not doing this.. but I can only wonder when this will happen to his.It's only been 6 months...Guess I'm back to square one now...

I used to have a Hydro Flask but had trouble with the silicon ring inside lid, it would get moldy and I wouldn't be able to get the mold off the silicon ring. Decided to get a new water thermos and cam across the Healthy Human thermos! Love it! It's a bit lighter than my hydro flask, and not as wide but it is taller making it easier to grip the bottle when filling it and handling it. I've had a lot of compliments on the wood grain design! Really unique and I'm glad I bought it! Hydro flask on the left and Healthy Human on the right.

Used for the first time on my Mountain Leader Assessment this weekend. Kept my hot drink hot throughout the day and (because I forgot to empty the remains when I got back) still had one warm cupful available the next morning. Outer surface gives a good grip and the lid is easy to remove even with gloves on. Washed easily in plain old soapy hot water. Clean as a whistle. Nice size for one or two people on a cold day out. You can drink straight from it so need to carry a cup either. The mouth doesn't get hot to the touch. Not even a scratch on the bottle despite being bashed about in the rucksack and rolling down a slight hill. 'Action' photo included. So I don’t write many reviews, mostly because I don’t get anything for them, while they take up my time. However, I have to review this as I appear to have had a great impact on the sales of this. I bought one for myself last year, absolutely love it, decided to buy one for my son who works on building sites, as the water stays sooooo cold and tastes delicious. Consequently, about 6 of his mates have bought one I the past month as it’s an awesome piece of kit. Expensive yes, worth it yes. I bought cheaper, it’s cheaper and not as good.

I've been using this daily for two weeks and have appreciated having my own filtered, alkaline water with me. The opening is large - great for adding ice cubes but take your time tipping it up for a drink or else you, too, could become soaked down your front. 😄 It comes with a handy caribiner clip and carry lid. It's sturdy, attractive and is my constant companion. I know that if I drink just two of these bottles of water a day I've met my requirements. (Easier than keeping track of 8 glasses/day.) I'm going to buy a smaller one for hot water so I can have tea at school, as well. This is MUCH better than another brand I bought. I'll be sticking with Healthy Human, thank you.

Keeps drinks super hot as advertised...coffee tastes fine...but tea does has a little taint however this wouldn't put me off buying another one which I am going to do. ( seems all insulated flasks do..! But a dash of bicarbonate of soda each rinsing helps keep the taint down) A USA product..arrived quickly via the wonderful Prime service...love the pink colour (suits me as a female!!) Highly recommended BUT..I would like to have an additional pouring screw top opening like the Takeya 40oz.(equally as good)

Marvellous little flask. I wanted one without a 'pourer' and a cup as they just end up impossible to clean and leaking.This one hasn't leaked at all and has kept my soya milk cold for hours. It has also kept my white wine at drinking temperature with no taint to the taste for hours so it gets the full 5 stars from me!Oh and the colour is fab, I've only had it a few weeks so I'm not sure how the colour will stand up to be being bashed around but so long as it continues to function I'll be happy
