As advertized.
Preheat the bottom for 2 minutes. 3 minutes for two large slices of Marcos meat deluxe pizza and the results were perfect!!!!!!!!!! Crisp bottom, heated all the way through, bubbling cheese on top!!!!!!!!!

If this is the Reheatza Crispy Pizza Re-heater, it may not even work!
I bought this product under a prior name "Reheatza" which Amazon no longer carries, probably due to poor quality. This item looks 100% identical so buyer beware. Mine never worked and the seller never responded to my complaints. Hopefully this is a different seller who will exchange defective products for working ones. After 3 minutes pre-heating and 3 minutes heating a slice of refrigerated pizza, the chill was barely out of the slice. Don't these photos of my product look like the 'lifestyle microwave crisper?'
