I’ve ordered a few different types of these foot sleeves and these are by far the absolute best with the BEST fit. I have another brand that I like, one brand I’ve returned due to not being snug enough but these, I will be ordering more FOR SURE! I ordered a size large and they have the perfect amount of snuggness and firmness. My shoe size is in between an 8 and 8 wide. And in both feet I have plantar fasciitis, metatarsel problems, upper instep problems and to top it all off, heel spurs in both heels. These foot sleeves give such a relief. I hope this review helps someone out.

Yes, this product help remove my soarness and pain from walking with plantar. I am 6’2” 250lb size 11.5/12 foot, the xL feels really tight.I know it should be a bit tight to support the inflamed muscles but after wearing it the majority of the day under my sock in sneakers, getting it off was as much a relief as wearing it. Maybe a size up would have been better.I have othe support Plantar-specific socks, I bought these because they are longer (if not the longest) from toe to heel.This really makes the difference over other brands. Look closely at the pics of different brands and you’ll notice these are longer.Also, you get two (2) when most other brands give only one (1) for the same price or higher.Ps. Long enough that you can shift it down a little to support a broken toe. Which is what I needed. Plantar fascia and a broken big toe at the same time. This product is working beautifully.*note to manufacture: there is no support brace or sock other then a full immobilizing boot to support broken toes. “Buddy-taping” is it. Using this sock as a full foot wrap to support the toes works. You invent a varied foot sized toe-specific support and your wealthy overnight. Less tight at the heel and ankle and still to be worn under socks.“That’s Gold Jerry, gold!”

I got new shoes, and my right foot started hurting to the point I could barely walk. And the pain was worse in the morning.Boom! Plantar Fasciitis had taken over my right foot, and only one pair of shoes felt good on my feet. The only problem is that they those shoes don't look good with everything.Then I found my son's old Crocs and gave them a try. The pain was lessened but still did not go away.A friend told me to get a night splint. One look at those, and I said there is no way I could sleep in that for even a couple of hours. I saw these in my search and thought they might be worth a try before going for a night splint. They are the best money I spent on my feet ever! The moment I put it on, my foot stopped hurting. It took some getting used to, but the pain was gone. I then only wore it for a couple of hours after work, and the pain lessened and lessened. Two weeks later, and I am pain free all day when I wear it at night.The directions say to air dry, but my husband accidentally put them in the dryer. They still work great! I'm just glad I can wear my cute shoes again and walk!

THESE SOCKS ARE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR FOOT PAIN! THEY ARE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. THE SIZE CHART IS EXACT. FOR LADIES A MEDIUM FITS MOST AND FOR MEN A LARGE FITS MOST. THESE ARE GREAT IF YOU HAVE BAD NEUROPATHY AS THE SOCKS LEAVE THE TOES FREE SO NO IRRITATION ON NUMB TINGLY TOES! THEY ARE JUST TIGHT ENOUGH TO RID YOU OF HEEL AND ARCH PAIN BUT NOT SO TIGHT THAT THEY MAKE A CONSTRICTION LINE. THAT IS, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EDEMA. IF SO, I WOULD CHOOSE A FULL LENGTH SOCK OR STOCKING AS YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE AN EDGE CONSTRICTING OVER AN AREA OF EDEMA AS THAT COULD MAKE IT WORSE. BUT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THAT ISSUE THEN THESE SOCKS ARE FOR YOU. WEAR AT NIGHT AS YOU SLEEP, SO YOU CAN SLEEP! THROBBING STOPS IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES FOR ME. My feet used to suffer alot because of how much walking I would do in a day. I would walk from different locations for at least eight to ten hours a day and I always had pain in the bottom of my feet because of it. The pain in my feet was so bad some days that I was unable to walk when I needed to go to work or take care of daily tasks and I set out to find a solution. I tried different massage therapies for my feet , I tried different creams and ointments, and I tried different exercises but nothing seemed to do the trick. That was when I recommended Dow life plantar faciitis socks and I was ready to try anything. I found it amazing that all I had to do was slip on these socks on my feet which felt great because of how snug they fit. The best part is when I'm on the go for ten hours or more walking around I don't get foot pain anymore and my feet feel great all day long I can even wear them with my slippers or with regular socks and boots on making it a very effective and convenient way to take care of my feet I don't know what I would do without these socks they literally saved my feet from hours and hours of pain each day.

I only wear one on my right foot because that is where the majority of my pain and discomfort is; however, I am probably going to start to wear both of them since they seem to work so well, so far. The compression is very comforting and relieves a lot of my pain. I’m on my feet for greater than 12 hours a day when I work because I am a RN in the hospital, so these have been great for me. I’ve tried other types and brands before in the past, but they usually didn’t last longer than a week or two. These seem to be holding up very well, but only time will tell. The ONLY complaint that I really have is based on the sizing. I generally wear a men’s shoe size 9-10, and I purchased the size Medium for these based on the chart. As they do fit my foot, they are slightly difficult and time consuming to get on. Other than that though, I recommend these!
