I feel good about this brand.
This brand is so generous! Like everything bc I bought brings a lot of surprises ☺️. But most importantly, the products are great!!I love the brush, so gentle in my receding gums. The tongue scraper is a game changer. The oil pulling is also very pleasant. And the toothpaste works well! The only thing is I have felt a change in my mouth’s ecosystem, not sure if it’s due to the change in product from regular toothpaste and the oil pulling or if it’s just my system overall. I feel little more dry mouth and a different smell and taste when I wake up. Has anyone experienced this?

It Works!
I wasn't sure what to expect from this product. The mint flavor is good, and I am pleasantly surprised at how well the product whitened my teeth! I didn't think oil pulling worked, but it definitely does. I'll be buying this again when I run out.

Guru Nanda Natural Oil Pulling Rinse Great Product
This is an excellent product. It leaves your mouth and your teeth cleaner and fresher. It even assists in removing plaque and dark matter from around the teeth and gums.

Great quality & excellent taste
I love this product and all their products for that matter.consistent Quality. Although the concentrated mouth wash plunger seems to break (not suck) it’s fine, I just pour it into a recycled/ reused & washed mouth wash container. The coconut oil really works to detoxify my mouth & I swish for about 20 minutes while I go do other things around the house. Once I feel it get thick, I spit it in the garbage and rinse my mouth, then brush. Fresh!

A game-changer for oral health
I was a little skeptical about oil pulling at first, but Guru Nanda’s Oil Pulling Oral Rinse completely won me over. After using it daily for a few weeks, my mouth feels noticeably cleaner, my breath fresher, and my gums healthier. It has a pleasant, mild minty flavor that makes the experience much more enjoyable than using plain coconut oil.I love that it’s made with a blend of natural oils like coconut, sesame, and sunflower, and that it doesn’t contain any artificial ingredients. It’s easy to swish for 2–5 minutes while getting ready in the morning, and I genuinely notice a difference in how fresh my mouth feels all day.If you’re looking to upgrade your oral care routine with a natural option that actually works, this is definitely worth a try. I’ll be keeping it in my routine long-term.

I'm On The Struggle Bus With This Oil Pulling Routine
I'm trying to like it but I'm struggling. The only way I can equate this is if you have a big glass of Coke/Dr Pepper/Sprite, etc and you were all ready for that carbonation and you took a big drink and it ended up being the flattest Coke you've ever had. That's the only way to describe this. I have the Coconut/Mint flavor and when you're filling up the provided medicine cup you smell the minty flavor and you go to put it in your mouth expecting it to taste like your spearmint flavored mouthwash and it's not like that at all. It's a weird taste. It says to work your way up to 10 minutes. I can't even do 2 minutes. It's a lot thicker and more viscous than mouthwash so it's harder to swish around in your mouth. You wouldn't think so but after a while your cheeks get tired. Or mine do. You're not supposed to spit it down the drain or in the commode since it is oil. It's recommended to spit it in the trash can. And you do this before brushing your teeth. I struggle to make myself do it at night. The coconut in it does make my teeth feel slick afterwards which I like and the provided toothbrush is amazing. I ended up buying a big package of the toothbrushes for my family. I think if I can ever get through this 8 oz bottle and if I continue I think I'll try the cinnamon flavor next time so it doesn't ruin my taste for my mint flavored mouthwash.
