Shock absorbing!
Like bouncing off of a firm but fluffy cloud lol. This is definitely protected me from injury. I would say the only downside is that you cannot use your shoes on this crash mat or at least I wouldn't recommend it. Definitely a high quality product though and worth the investment.

Makes practicing tricks safer
I wanted to get the same one used at my studio cause I had ZERO fears practicing tricks. I was pretty worried about starting my inverts and doing tricks but after I saw how cushy the mats were, I just went at everything full send. And it came much faster that it said it would!

Give it time to ship! Coming straight from the manufacturer it looks like. Works as needed and described so I'll update my review later if anything comes up! Love it!

Perfect Amount of Squish
I really like this mat. It is not hard but also does not squish down from just your hand pressing on it. My studio had some cheaper mats that are much harder than this one. It also seems pretty durable and I expect it to last a longggg time. So, I'm glad I spent the extra to get this brand. It also didn't have any unnecessary packaging. It was just put right in the box and mailed off... And got to me safely!

Awesome crash mat
Every time I try an upside down trick I use this crash Matt to feel more confident and secure.

Strong horrible odor
I would have given it 5 stars because as crash mat it is really good however; this product has a strong odor coming out of the mat. I have tried everything even placed it outside to see if the odor dissipates but it did not work. Very disappointed…
