This exhaust fan did not disappoint.
I had high expectations for this exhaust fan and I have not been disappointed. It was purchased to clear the air from smells, oils, etc. as I cooked on a portable induction cooktop. It is powerful enough to keep the exhaust cleared yet quiet enough to not be a nuisance. Size wise it fits comfortably on the countertop and can be moved to absorb cooking exhaust efficiently. Overall, very happy. Does its job well.

Its better than my ceiling power vent fan
The media could not be loaded. Its fairly small in size but surprisingly very powerful!! It gets a bit loud, which is the normal thing for a high speed fan, but it does the job really well .. the filters are capturing the oil and the smell and filtering smoke.I usually turn it on along with my original stove ceiling fan to double filter. But it works really well on its own too.I highly recommend it, if you have an open kitchen area that makes your living room smells like cooking oil.

Great stove hood for small
Amazing!! This thing has saved me in our home while renovating and having no range hood. It is very powerful and works wonders! It sucks out so much of the steam and smell and fits great in the counter top. It’s a great option for small apartments or any where , that you need a stove hood and don’t have one. Awesome!!

Works very well!
I bought this as we can't duct an overhead vent hood over my stove. It has a small footprint and works very well. Removed odor very well and saw no smoke in the kitchen when cooking any food that smokes. It has a fairly small foot print and fits easily on the counter. We have a large gas stove and this product did not interfere with the flame at all. It does make some noise but so do many over head vent hoods. I also like the fact you can very easily change out the filtyer and they give you three extra. Until we get the kitchen remodeled...this is a very good alternative!

Not the best.
Kinda works but for smoky kitchens kinda not. Dont recommend for that price.

Noisy but works.
We bought this to help remove gas stove fumes, as our kitchen doesn't have a range hood and we wanted to reduce our exposure to toxic fumes. It seems to be working. I think it will work good for removing smoke, too. It is noisy, but only have to use it while cooking so it's not on very long.

Great Little Smoker Reducer
This thing sucks out more smoke than standard recirculating filtered vents overhead, so helps keep the smoke alarm from going off much more. I keep it plugged in in the cabinet above my stove so pull it down whenever I do heavier cooking.Love the product though wish the seller provided a way to buy more of the filters, since I'm stuck having to cut them myself once I run out.

Works well.
I was planning of making one of these myself for my house since I don't have a hood and can't install one till I renovate the kitchen which will be years from now. When I saw this I bought it right away, as it would cost less than making something like it. I am pleasantly surprised at how well it works. It is a bit loud but does what it advertises.I now used it a good 4 times 2 of which I was making burgers on the stove. Although it did not completely get rid of the smoke/smell, I think it did catch a good 80-90%. I went from literally having the whole house smell like my food to only the kitchen smelling like food, and I think we can all agree that that's a win. I just wished the filter was a little better, some grease particle went through landing all over my wall.
