I bought it based on raving reviews. But it doesnt do such a brilliant job to my feet. And my feet are not super callous with 3cm of hard skin on them. The nail file that comes with it is absolutely useless. I will continue using the foot file as a daily pedi routine but for proper job still would need to go to a salon. Disappointed in product and the number of lying reviewers. amazon really needs to start vetting its reviewers.

I bought this to replace a couple of old body shop wooden files. Only used it a couple of times so far, but it worked great so far.
