As someone that has tried many other non stim pre workouts, this is the best so far. I can’t have any caffeine and I workout at night so this was a good option. Tastes okay but it does give you a little kick and that’s only from taking one scoop, the recommended is 2 so no doubt it’ll be better, it keeps you awake similar to caffeine which is amazing. I’ve tried ghost and this is better. I’ve tried daddy noels non stim and this was better and this is even better than applied nutritions old non stim product which I didn’t like either. However still early days in testing but thought I’d say go for it. Plus it’s cheaper at dr nutrition.

I enjoyed using this prelockout supplement. The effects are very clear from the first few uses. It increased my work capacity in the gym and made be able to a lift a few more pounds for a few more reps than usual. And indeed, it gives a great skin-splitting pump. The only negatives I have is the taste. It's way too sweet and tastes like a children's candy, I don't know why gym supplement companies insist on absurdly sweet flavours just because it uses zero-calorie sweeteners. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should! I have to mix it with soda/sparkling water to make the taste bearable. Another con is that the Himalayan pink salt used is of low quality; you can see the impurities of the salt sink to the bottom of your bottle. It's fine overall, it does the job well, but it's not the best by all metrics.

I didn’t like it honestly, pump is not strong as I thought and it wears out quickly during workouts even though i drink it 30-45 mins before my training sessions , i personally like to experiment different pre workouts but i have to say that ABE workout was simply a really bad experience for me.

Bought this product after review, but it’s not working on me at all

Tastes and mixes well and provides skin splitting pumps. I have tried loads of other “pump” pre-workouts and this is my new go to. Pretty reasonable too as some are approaching £50.

Guter Pump und schmeckt super. Ich habe zusätzlich noch ein paar Gratis-Proben dazu bekommen. Einziges Manko: 2 der 3 Gratis-Proben sind bereits abgelaufen (siehe Bild). Daher 1 Stern Abzug.

Great pre-workout flavour. The tub lasted around 3 months, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week so this to me was good value. The effects probably would last around 20 minutes, at least the tingling sensation would, but I did find I was more focused than using another brands tub
