I received this product on August 3rd, 2018 and I loved it. The color changing was great, I enjoyed the option to have a lot or a little mist, and the timer I found very useful. On the 13th of August, the item stopped working. The lights still worked but when I hit the "mist" button it would beep and turn off. I had tried unplugging everything, a different outlet, and even let all of the water evaporate and it still will not turn on. Very disappointed that the product broke so fast and I emailed the company regarding the problem and received no reply.

Purchased this product last month. Was deliver on January 19th, 2018. We used it about Five times, as most of the month we were away in a business trip. As of February 15th, 2018 it began shutting off randomly. Tonight, February 19th, 2018, it no longer works. Only the light turns on and if we attempt to turn the diffuser on, it shut off completely. We cannot get the diffuser to turn on. We have only used purified water in it (we are waiting on our oils to arrive from doterra). Wish there was an option to contact seller.

I am extremely happy with this diffuser. This was my 3rd purchase of a diffuser. The first one, I retired for this one. The 2nd one I was so pleased with my first experience, I gifted it to a friend. It is very modern looking, the mist is extremely strong. My only complaint is that I wish it had a yellow or yellow orange toned color selection.

Always weighing ratings for my Amazon purchases and this difuser had great ratings.I found that where the top meets the bottom is extremely difficult to remove.Difusers are important in my household so I own several, but I wouldNOT buy this one.

This OTTBOX oil diffuser is big and runs for hours. Got this in a nicely packed box. Simple to operate and just right for almost an all day run inside the house. Lights goes into different colors, with selection that can be set to a specific color only or without lights at all. The run time switch has a lot of selections.. 1hr, 3hrs 6 hrs or run until it runs out of water then automatically turns off.

It did not difuse or release oils, it seemed as though it bubbled and oils just attached to the lid despite my best efforts to try with different water levels (following instructions perfectly)

It works fine, however, it’s constantly turning off on its own. It has the option of staying on for an hour or more I can’t remember the other settings, but i swear it turns off every 10 minutes.

My diffuser doesn't work properly. Only stays o for 10minutes then switches off - no matter what setting I have it on. Have contacted the seller but have had no response!

It shuts off for no reason after a short while. Honestly, it’s not that good.

Bien mais dommage gros point faible la prise secteur est étrangère et est avec adaptateur français mais ne rentre pas dans les prises de terre ou multiprise vraiment dommage j’Ai été obligé d’en utilisé Un des miens :-/ déçu
