This bar of soap has a gentle smell, not overpowering. I put in the bed and it really has helped restless legs. Not many soaps contain magnesium so when they say put a bar of soap in the bed, check that it contains magnesium. This one is good.

Yes appears to be helping with night cramps, lay the soap under bedsheets and let it do it’s work.

Was having frequent episodes of restless legs which meant restless nights! I read that placing a bar of magnesium soap under the sheet at the foot of your bed helps. I was sceptical but gave it a try. I now only have RL on the odd occasion when I am overtired or have trained too intensely. Therefore 10/10 from me!

OK good exfoliation

Thought this with having magnesium in it would have helped my feet and legs from spasm but it did not.Bought Epsom salts and they worked.

Horrible product

This soap is very gentle and nourishing and does not dry out the skin.It also keeps its firmness throughout use and doesn’t become slimy or lose too much of its consistency.The magnesium helps to calm the skin and the nerves because magnesium is one of the micronutrients which enter the body via the skin and go straight into the system to do its good work.

Love the smell not strong. Doesn't lather up lot's enough to wash with, fair size will buy again
